摘 ?要:幼兒從大班到步入小學(xué)一年級的學(xué)習(xí)中,不僅會(huì)涉及學(xué)習(xí)能力問題,還有諸如與人交往能力問題、自我管理能力問題,以及心理健康問題。但是現(xiàn)實(shí)中很多教師只重視教學(xué),忽略了很多的細(xì)節(jié)問題。所以教師需要從多方面來進(jìn)行跟進(jìn)和了解,從而幫助幼兒懂得要多說話來反饋?zhàn)约旱某砷L困惑,以便教師及時(shí)給出解決方案。在這個(gè)銜接階段,幼兒更需要在教師和家長等多重力量的保護(hù)下,意識到小學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)和生活是一個(gè)新挑戰(zhàn),要更好走進(jìn)新一階段的學(xué)習(xí)和生活。學(xué)校和教師聯(lián)合家庭,以幼小銜接教育為研究內(nèi)容,通過多樣的策略幫助幼兒順利過渡到小學(xué),幫助幼兒感悟到學(xué)習(xí)的快樂,學(xué)習(xí)的重要性。

【Abstract】Children's learning from large classes to the first grade of primary school will involve not only learning ability,but also communication ability,self-management ability and mental health problems. But in reality,many teachers only pay attention to teaching and ignore many details. Therefore,teachers need to follow up and understand from many aspects,so as to help children know how to speak more to feed back their growth confusion,so that teachers can give solutions in time. In this connection stage,children need to realize that learning and life in primary school is a new challenge under the protection of multiple forces such as teachers and parents,and better enter a new stage of learning and life. Schools and teachers unite with families,take the connection education between childhood and childhood as the research content,and help children make a smooth transition to primary school through various strategies,so as to help children realize the happiness of learning and the importance of learning.

幼兒經(jīng)歷了三年的幼兒園生活,從智育到美育還有各方面都有了一定的啟蒙,但是所學(xué)的知識,積累的技能依然是比較簡單的。教師需要啟迪幼兒學(xué)會(huì)適應(yīng)未來的小學(xué)生活,同時(shí)懂得自己馬上要成為小學(xué)生了。在這個(gè)銜接中,做好各種準(zhǔn)備。
