淺析持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)在急診科護(hù)理帶教中的應(yīng)用

[摘要] 目的 探究急診科護(hù)理帶教中采用持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取102名在該院急診科實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)士作為實(shí)驗研究對象,實(shí)驗區(qū)間為2018年5月—2019年5月,隨機(jī)分為研究組(n=51)、對照組(n=51),研究組采用急診科持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)帶教方式,對照組采用急診科常規(guī)帶教方式,對比兩組的帶教效果。結(jié)果 研究組出科考核成績、知識理解能力、綜述能力、預(yù)檢分診能力、理論知識掌握能力、文獻(xiàn)評估能力、護(hù)理問題解決能力、護(hù)理思維能力、急診實(shí)踐操作能力等評分均高于對照組,兩組數(shù)據(jù)對比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);研究組帶教教學(xué)總滿意度為96.08%,對照組帶教教學(xué)總滿意度為66.67%,兩組數(shù)據(jù)對比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=10.053,P<0.05)。結(jié)論 采用持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)帶教方式能持續(xù)優(yōu)化教學(xué)方法,鞏固學(xué)生護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)知識,提高學(xué)生的實(shí)操能力,在臨床教學(xué)中有指導(dǎo)意義。

Analysis on the Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Nursing Teaching in Emergency Department

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement in nursing teaching in emergency department. Methods A total of 102 nurses who were interned in the emergency department of the hospital were selected as experimental research subjects. The experimental interval was from May 2018 to May 2019. They were randomly divided into a study group (n=51) and a control group (n=51). The study group used the continuous quality improvement teaching method in the emergency department, and the control group used the conventional teaching method in the emergency department to compare the teaching effects of the two groups. Results The research group scored higher than those of the control group in the scores of scientific assessments, knowledge comprehension ability, review ability, pre-inspection and triage ability, theoretical knowledge mastery ability, literature assessment ability, nursing problem solving ability, nursing thinking ability, and emergency practice operation ability. The comparison between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05); the total satisfaction with teaching in the study group was 96.08%, and the total satisfaction with teaching in the control group was 66.67%. The comparison between the two groups was significantly different(χ2=10.053, P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous quality improvement teaching method can continuously optimize the teaching method, consolidate the basic knowledge of nursing and increase the practical ability of students, which has guiding significance in clinical teaching.

急診科是醫(yī)院的重要科室,主要為危重患者進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化治療、重癥患者圍術(shù)期渡過、手術(shù)患者危險期渡過等。急診科收治的患者病情一般較重、較危急,所以對醫(yī)護(hù)人員的綜合素質(zhì)要求非常高[1]。傳統(tǒng)急診科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)士帶教方式多為常規(guī)帶教方式,即以基本理論知識講解為主,配合查房觀摩學(xué)習(xí)為輔,經(jīng)探究發(fā)現(xiàn)這種帶教方式實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)士的學(xué)習(xí)積極性較低,出科后總體素質(zhì)不高。該院選取2018年5月—2019年5月的102名實(shí)習(xí)的護(hù)士,對急診科帶教教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行探討,發(fā)現(xiàn)持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)是一種可行性非常好的教學(xué)方法,它通過采取各種有效措施,不斷強(qiáng)化教學(xué)過程和教學(xué)質(zhì)量,最終達(dá)到新水平、新高度,這種教學(xué)方法適用于緊急情況較多、專業(yè)知識涵蓋范圍廣、對醫(yī)護(hù)人員要求高的急診科室,它能不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,改進(jìn)問題,使教學(xué)內(nèi)容不斷更新和充實(shí),使實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)理人員學(xué)到最專業(yè)、最前沿的護(hù)理知識。該文就持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)在急診科護(hù)理帶教中的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行探究,現(xiàn)報道如下。
