孫承航,男,1966年7月出生,中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院醫(yī)藥生物研究所研究員,博士研究生導(dǎo)師,微生物化學(xué)研究室主任。1999年于中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院&中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位。以海外研究員和博士后身份,先后在日本北里研究所和約翰霍普金斯大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院從事抗感染相關(guān)研究。研究領(lǐng)域:特殊生態(tài)環(huán)境藥用微生物資源勘探和新抗生素發(fā)現(xiàn),具體包括:特殊生態(tài)環(huán)境放線菌多樣性及新穎性研究、放線菌物種鑒定、基于色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用分子網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)現(xiàn)新抗生素、化合物分離純化與結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定。先后主持“十一五”和“十二五”國家科技重大專項、重大新藥創(chuàng)制課題“微生物產(chǎn)物化學(xué)研究”和“特境微生物創(chuàng)新藥物研究”,中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)與健康科技創(chuàng)新工程服務(wù)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略先導(dǎo)科研專項“特殊環(huán)境中藥用微生物資源發(fā)現(xiàn)與利用”,多項國家自然科學(xué)基金以及國際合作課題。特境來源藥用微生物資源勘探和新抗生素發(fā)現(xiàn)代表作如下(*為通訊作者):
