摘要:為探索發(fā)酵菌劑在巨菌草青貯中的效果,以不添加任何菌劑為對照,研究了3種發(fā)酵菌劑(EM菌液、聚能發(fā)酵劑、酶菌復(fù)合劑)對巨菌草青貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明,在巨菌草中添加微生物發(fā)酵菌劑后,一定程度上改善了青貯飼料的品質(zhì),使巨菌草青貯飼料pH降低,中性洗滌纖維減少,營養(yǎng)成分得到較好的保存。其中以每1 t 巨菌草揉絲原料添加2 L EM菌液處理組效果最好,不僅降低了巨菌草青貯飼料的pH,而且提高了粗蛋白含量,是3種供試發(fā)酵菌劑中的最優(yōu)菌劑。

Effects of Different Silage Inoculants on Nutritional Quality of
Pennisetum giganteum

Abstract: To study the effects of different silage additives on the quality of Pennisetum giganteum Z. X. Linensiling, this study, with no inoculant as the control, studied the effects of 3 fermentation inoculants(EM bacteria liquid, energy-accumulating fermentation innoculant, enzyme and bacteria compound inoculant) on the fermentation quality of Pennisetum giganteum Z. X. Linsilage. Results showed that the quality of Pennisetum giganteum Z. X. Linsilage was improved to some extent with the adding of microbial inoculants, i.e., reduced pH value, reduced NDF content and more nutrients preserved, among which 2L of EM bacteria liquid added in every 1t of kneaded Pennisetum giganteum Z. X. Lin showed optimum output, this would not only reduce the pH value of ensiling but also increase the CP content, and EM bacteria liquid was the best inoculant among the 3 additives.
