《Shapes》教學設計

關鍵詞:營造單詞圖形

設計理念: 根據(jù)英語課程標準提出的“采用活動途徑,倡導體驗參與”精神,我通過聽、說、讀、做等各種教學活動,讓學生從具體而生動的親自體驗中逐步掌握語言基本技能,提高孩子們的實際語言運用的能力。

Teaching Aims(教學目標):

1.to integrate other areas of the curriculum through English: Math(通過英語整合其他領域的課程:數(shù)學)

2.to extend the focus on Maths through English (通過英語擴展對數(shù)學的關注)

Important Points(教學重點):

1.The students will learn the names of the shapes.(學生學習有關圖形的4個單詞)

2.The students will be able to use four shape words.(學生能夠運用這四個單詞)

Teaching Produces(教學過程):

I: Warm-up(熱身)

First, the teacher says : “Good morning ,are you happy ?”to students .

Second , lets sing the song together ——《P82》

Third, the teacher says : hi,***,So many transports here, which one do you like ?(學生邊唱邊做動作,既復習了本單元的交通工具,同時營造一個活躍的課堂氣氛)

II: Lead-in(導入)

Teacher says : “Look, I like cars ,too. I also made a car today. Do you like my car ? (出示粘好的car) Its very nice . It ‘s made up of some beautiful shapes. Its a circle, its a triangle, its a rectangle, Its square. Put them together, I can get a car. Magic! Do you want to make your picture like this ?Lets learn。(點題)” (通過呈現(xiàn)已拼好的car,吸引孩子注意力,帶著任務自然導入新課。)

III:Presentation(新課呈現(xiàn))

The teacher teaches the new words .

circle:

The teacher points to the cars wheel and asks : Whats this ? What shape is it ? Then the teacher shows a circle shape and asks students to read “circle” group by group . Make sure everyone can read it correctly.

Then ask Ss to fine in the classroom which one is a cirle ?

At last the teacher shows another picture (PPT) and ask Ss to count the circles.

triangle: the teacher shows a triangle shape and the students point to the shape ,then read “triangle”.

Then , the teacher takes out one envelop and ask Ss to guess how many triangles here .And sticks them around the sun . Make a sentence .

square

The teacher shows the special triangles and says: “Look at my triangles (PPT). 2 triangle makes a square . Look….one side ,two sides , three sides, four sides. Its a square.” The teacher shows the card and students read team by team.

Then the teacher shows a small square and a big square to pracitse.

rectangle:

The teacher asks Ss to look what shapes 2 square can be made up . Then invite one student to show it to class . The students follow the teacher to read the word line by line .

Then play a game “Who is Lucy ?”

(在呈現(xiàn)環(huán)節(jié)設計了實物展示和猜測的方式來呈現(xiàn)單詞,多種多樣的呈現(xiàn)方式提高了學生學習的興趣。同時,在教授新單詞的過程紅,不斷重復出現(xiàn)的已學過的句型:What shape is it ? Its…….,What colour is it? How many ……in the picture ?等做到了詞不離句,句不離詞,同時也為接下來的練習環(huán)節(jié)做好鋪墊。)

IV:Practice(練習).

First : students read the words after the teacher.

Second: they can play the game “Sharp Eyes” by using PPT.

(通過sharp eyes 游戲練習單詞,既加深了對單詞的認識同時,也為學生營造輕松的學習氛圍,在快樂中學習。)

Third: listen and colour the shapes .

(通過聽錄音加強鞏固對圖形的掌握和運用)

V: consolidation (鞏固)。

1. 4 students in one group and make a picture. Then show the pictures.

2. Count the shapes.

(通過小組合作,既鞏固課堂學習的知識,頁培養(yǎng)孩子們的合作意識。通過數(shù)圖形,利用所學的單詞解決簡單的數(shù)學問題)

VI:Summary (總結)。

The teacher play the pictures in our life and say : different shapes make different things . Lets have a look . It makes our life more interesting .

(點明主題,讓學生通過觀看生活中的圖形明白圖形無處不在,不同的圖形讓我們的生活變得更加美好)

課后反思:一堂課下來,既復習了學過的知識,又學習了新知識,有趣的教學和游戲都很受學生的喜愛,在注重教學趣味性的同時也提高了孩子們的積極性,在動手繪畫中感受到真實地交際所學語言的成功,營造了很好的英語學習氛圍。但也存在著許多不足,有部分環(huán)節(jié),如操練和任務成果展示階段,如果能更大膽地放手讓學生自主學習,相信效果會更好。
