一、教學(xué)實(shí)錄
Step 1.Lead-in
實(shí)物教具Show a little snake to the students and ask:
1. Have you ever seen a snake?
2. What if you were bitten by a poisonous snake?
Give students several minutes to discuss the question and report the answer.

Step 2.Warming up
Can you tell me any accidents in our daily life?
1.Do you know how to do the First Aid ?(chocking, bleeding, cuts and traffic accident) and discuss in pairs.
2.Have a quiz about First Aid.(the students know about First Aid and talk about how to avoid these accidents.)(多媒體呈現(xiàn)急救的畫面)
①.What if you found a person whose leg is bleeding?(其它實(shí)例省略)
A. Put some powder to stop bleeding
B. Press firmly on the bleeding point by using a clean piece of cloth.
點(diǎn)評(píng):教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生思考的問題都是與日常生活息息相關(guān)的,這樣能大大提高學(xué)生的積極性。學(xué)生在本環(huán)節(jié)中積極配合老師,出色地完成了任務(wù)。
Step 3.Listening
Now there are three people in the hospital. Lets see who they are and what happened?(多媒體呈現(xiàn)四幅圖有關(guān)In the hospital, Nurse, Father & Harry)
1.Listen to the dialogue carefully and get the answer .
Whats wrong with Harry?
2.Listen to the tape again and decide true or false.
a. Harry was bitten by a dog yesterday evening.
b. No first aid was done before going to the hospital.
c. The dog belongs to Harry himself.
3.Listen to the tape again and complete what Harrys father did.
I washed the wound under running water for a few minutes. Then I dried it with a clean cloth and tied another piece of clean cloth around it.
T:Whats your advice to Harry?
點(diǎn)評(píng):有之前熱身的基礎(chǔ)鋪墊,學(xué)生對(duì)課堂內(nèi)容充滿了熱情和信心。加之在內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)上老師花了大量的心思進(jìn)行難度的處理,也能大大提高學(xué)生的成就感。
Step 4. Speaking ---Role Play
We know Harry was lucky. But Xiao Gang was not lucky. Last Friday Xiao Gang came across a traffic accident on his way to school. He was hit by a car and badly hurt. What if you were the careless driver, the witness, the doctor the police or Xiao Gang in the accident? Make a dialogue.(多媒體呈現(xiàn)事故畫面和有關(guān)的交際用語)

二、教學(xué)反思
通過上述教學(xué)案例的介紹,我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn),循序漸進(jìn)的教學(xué)流程、貼近生活的情境創(chuàng)設(shè)、拓展思維的開放題設(shè)計(jì)和重視生活化的情感教育,可以使枯燥乏味的英語學(xué)習(xí)變的生動(dòng)活潑。
1.循序漸進(jìn)的教學(xué)流程,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)新知
在本教學(xué)案例中,教師采用實(shí)物教具呈現(xiàn)蛇的模型導(dǎo)入授課內(nèi)容。緊接著再問學(xué)生在日常生活中你知道哪些事故需要急救嗎?比如溺死、流血、窒息、交通事故等。接著教師又質(zhì)疑但是事故很嚴(yán)重的話,我們還需去醫(yī)院檢查。此時(shí)教師乘機(jī)把多媒體畫面和課文的聽力材料有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來做聽力訓(xùn)練。再讓學(xué)生小組討論假如小剛在放學(xué)的路上遇到交通事故。學(xué)生扮演角色司機(jī)、目擊者、檢察和小剛等小組表演對(duì)話。最后滲透情感教育,教育學(xué)生重視交通安全。整個(gè)教學(xué)過程環(huán)環(huán)相扣,過渡自然,遵循了學(xué)生的認(rèn)知規(guī)律,逐層遞進(jìn)的教學(xué)思路,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)新知。
2.貼近生活的情境創(chuàng)設(shè),促進(jìn)學(xué)生理解新知
在本教學(xué)案例中,教師注重生活情境的創(chuàng)設(shè)。在導(dǎo)入部分采用蛇的模型形象生動(dòng)引入急救知識(shí)。在“warming up”的討論部分,“l(fā)istening”部分的練習(xí)和“speaking”部分的討論和表演等。問題的難度有淺有深。在完成這些任務(wù)的過程中,學(xué)生即鞏固了新知,又交流了情感,培養(yǎng)了小組合作的意識(shí)。
3.重視生活化的情感教育
所謂生活化的情感教育是在語言交流中抓住契機(jī)潛移默化地讓學(xué)生受到啟發(fā)。如案例中的“Tips”部分恰到好處的點(diǎn)出生命第一,教育學(xué)生重視交通安全。
只要我們用心觀察和思考,樂于并善于從生活入手,找準(zhǔn)教材與生活的契合點(diǎn),采用符合學(xué)生實(shí)際的教學(xué)方法,就能設(shè)計(jì)出更多生動(dòng)活潑的、高質(zhì)量英語課。
