摘??要:中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的《關(guān)于全面加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代大中小學(xué)勞動(dòng)教育的意見》提出加強(qiáng)勞動(dòng)教育是貫徹落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù),促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的新時(shí)代要求。金工實(shí)習(xí)是機(jī)械類專業(yè)的必修課程,它既是一些專業(yè)課程的先修課程,又是培養(yǎng)和啟蒙學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)工程知識(shí),提高綜合工程能力不可缺少的實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)。將勞動(dòng)教育內(nèi)容與金工實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容結(jié)合,學(xué)生可以通過(guò)工程訓(xùn)練教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的學(xué)習(xí),能夠進(jìn)一步化識(shí)成智、積識(shí)成德,將學(xué)習(xí)成才和健康成長(zhǎng)相同融合統(tǒng)一。

Abstract:The?"opinions?on?Comprehensively?Strengthening?labor?education?in?primary,?middle?and?primary?schools?in?the?new?era"?issued?by?the?CPC?Central?Committee?and?the?State?Council?puts?forward?that?strengthening?labor?education?is?the?fundamental?task?of?moral?education?and?promoting?the?all-round?development?of?students.?Metalworking?practice?is?a?compulsory?course?for?mechanical?majors.?It?is?not?only?a?prerequisite?course?for?some?professional?courses,?but?also?an?indispensable?practical?link?to?cultivate?and?enlighten?students'?basic?engineering?knowledge?and?improve?their?comprehensive?engineering?ability.?Combining?the?content?of?labor?education?with?the?content?of?metalworking?practice,?students?can?further?realize?wisdom?and?morality?through?the?learning?of?engineering?training?teaching,?and?integrate?learning?and?healthy?growth.

《關(guān)于全面加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代大中小學(xué)勞動(dòng)教育的意見》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見》)要求,新時(shí)代勞動(dòng)教育要“堅(jiān)持立德樹人,堅(jiān)持培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,把勞動(dòng)教育納入人才培養(yǎng)全過(guò)程……實(shí)現(xiàn)知行合一,促進(jìn)學(xué)生形成正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀”[1]。這表明,新時(shí)代的勞動(dòng)教育在價(jià)值取向上實(shí)現(xiàn)了超越,追求社會(huì)價(jià)值與個(gè)人價(jià)值的統(tǒng)一,不僅追求勞動(dòng)教育對(duì)社會(huì)的價(jià)值所在,更重視對(duì)于學(xué)生身心發(fā)展和全面進(jìn)步。在這種教育目的的指引下,學(xué)生的主體性增強(qiáng),勞動(dòng)教育不僅是謀生的手段,更是幸福人生的基本需要[2]。
