摘?要:針對(duì)研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力缺乏的現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題,查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)并分析了當(dāng)前各大高校研究生培養(yǎng)模式和教學(xué)方法改革現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì)。以現(xiàn)狀分析為基礎(chǔ),本文提出了以學(xué)校為基礎(chǔ)、導(dǎo)師為引導(dǎo)、充分發(fā)揮研究生主體作用的三者聯(lián)動(dòng)式研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)理念,以適應(yīng)新時(shí)代的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)要求。根據(jù)新的培養(yǎng)理念,對(duì)相關(guān)的具體培養(yǎng)機(jī)制與方法進(jìn)行了初步地實(shí)踐與探索。本文的研究將對(duì)我校研究生培養(yǎng)具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)為其他各大高校研究生培養(yǎng)提供參考。

Abstract:Due?to?the?lack?of?innovation?ability?of?postgraduate?students,the?trained?modes?and?educated?methods?for?the?postgraduate?students?in?different?universities?were?concluded?and?analyzed?through?collecting?literatures.Further,based?on?the?current?educating?modes,a?threeaspectslinked?educated?method?for?improving?the?postgraduate?innovation?ability?was?developed?to?adapt?the?personnel?requirements?in?the?new?times.In?this?method,the?postgraduate?students?are?treated?as?the?independent?entity,and?guided?by?tutors?and?based?on?university.Finally,a?preliminary?practice?and?exploration?were?conducted?on?the?specific?educating?mechanism?and?methods?for?postgraduate?students?based?on?the?new?concept.This?study?would?provide?practical?guidance?in?the?cultivation?of?postgraduate?students?in?our?university?and?also?provide?references?for?other?universities.

1?研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力不足問(wèn)題的提出
習(xí)近平總書記指出,科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力,創(chuàng)新是引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的第一動(dòng)力。面對(duì)當(dāng)前形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻的外部環(huán)境,為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)各行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新性人才是我國(guó)高等教育的重要責(zé)任與使命。其中,研究生教育是高等教育創(chuàng)新性人才培養(yǎng)的最重要組成部分,研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng),是決定研究生教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵所在,也是我國(guó)“科教興國(guó)”和“人才強(qiáng)國(guó)”戰(zhàn)略的根本要求。但是,作為高素質(zhì)人才典型代表的研究生群體,現(xiàn)階段仍普遍存在思維發(fā)散不開(kāi)、科研能力偏弱、創(chuàng)新能力不足的問(wèn)題。具體表現(xiàn)為:科研思路遲遲無(wú)法打開(kāi),科研方案沒(méi)有創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),科研實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)展緩慢,導(dǎo)致學(xué)位論文質(zhì)量及學(xué)術(shù)成果水平低、創(chuàng)新能力不足的問(wèn)題。導(dǎo)致以上問(wèn)題的主要原因有二:其一,學(xué)校及團(tuán)隊(duì)營(yíng)造的學(xué)術(shù)氛圍不足,研究生導(dǎo)師培養(yǎng)方式不合理,沒(méi)有根據(jù)研究生的個(gè)性有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),因材施教;其二,研究生自身不夠努力,沒(méi)有正確認(rèn)識(shí)研究生教育與本科教育的不同,沒(méi)有做出相應(yīng)的研究生三年規(guī)劃,不能抵制形形色色的誘惑。因此,針對(duì)以上的問(wèn)題,各高等院校如何根據(jù)自身情況強(qiáng)化研究生的科研創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)仍有待研究。
