摘?要:百萬擴(kuò)招背景下,高職院校生源多元化、基礎(chǔ)差異化的客觀現(xiàn)實進(jìn)一步加劇,傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式越來越不能滿足目前的教育狀況。改變傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,探討基于混合式學(xué)習(xí)的分層教學(xué)模式非常具有必要性。文章以高職專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)類課程《電工技術(shù)》為例,從分析學(xué)習(xí)者特征及其學(xué)習(xí)需求出發(fā),優(yōu)化課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),改革教學(xué)實施體系,提升人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等多個方面,分析和說明這一教學(xué)模式的探索和實踐過程,從而化解百萬擴(kuò)招給高職教育帶來的挑戰(zhàn),推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的快速提升。

Abstract:under?the?background?of?one?million?enrollment?expansion,the?objective?reality?of?diversification?of?students?and?foundation?differentiation?in?higher?vocational?colleges?has?further?intensified,and?the?traditional?teaching?mode?can?not?meet?the?current?education?situation.It?is?necessary?to?change?the?traditional?teaching?mode?and?explore?the?hierarchical?teaching?mode?based?on?blended?learning.Taking?the?electrical?technology?as?an?example,this?paper?analyzes?and?explains?the?exploration?and?practice?process?of?this?teaching?mode?from?four?aspects:analyzing?the?characteristics?of?learners?and?their?learning?needs,optimizing?the?curriculum?standards,reforming?the?teaching?implementation?system,and?innovating?the?diversified?teaching?evaluation?system,so?as?to?resolve?the?challenges?brought?by?the?million?enrollment?expansion?to?higher?vocational?education?and?promote?vocational?educators?The?rapid?improvement?of?training?quality.

目前高職生源種類紛繁復(fù)雜,正常參加高考、自主招生、對口單招、注冊入學(xué)等,隨著百萬擴(kuò)招,又增加了退役軍人、下崗職工、農(nóng)民工等,生源的多元化趨勢進(jìn)一步凸顯,生源基礎(chǔ)的差異化也進(jìn)一步拉大,給教學(xué)帶來了一定的挑戰(zhàn)。
