摘要：目的 ?了解我國老年糖尿病護(hù)理研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、作者和機(jī)構(gòu)合作情況、老年糖尿病護(hù)理領(lǐng)域研究熱點(diǎn)和研究前沿，為我國學(xué)者未來的研究提供參考。方法 ?以CNKI為數(shù)據(jù)來源，運(yùn)用CiteSpace軟件對2000年-2019年老年糖尿病護(hù)理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 ?最終納入文獻(xiàn)440篇，老年糖尿病護(hù)理研究文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文量總體呈上升趨勢，作者及機(jī)構(gòu)間合作不密切，白姣姣發(fā)表論文量居榜首，共5篇，石河子大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院護(hù)理系和山東省青州榮軍醫(yī)院發(fā)文量最多，分別為3篇。自我管理、空巢老人、社區(qū)護(hù)理既是該領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)，同樣也是研究前沿。此外，健康管理也是今后該領(lǐng)域的一大研究方向。結(jié)論 ?老年糖尿病護(hù)理研究已引起學(xué)者的日益重視，但該領(lǐng)域內(nèi)作者及機(jī)構(gòu)合作不足，有待加強(qiáng)，未來應(yīng)關(guān)注該領(lǐng)域研究前沿，從而全面推進(jìn)老年糖尿病護(hù)理向?qū)I(yè)化方向發(fā)展。

Abstract：Objective ?To understand the development status， cooperation between authors and institutions， research hotspots and research frontiers in the field of of nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes in China， so as to provide reference for future research of Chinese scholars.Methods ?CNKI was used as the data source，and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the articles related to nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes from 2000 to 2019.Results ?A total of 440 articles were included. The number of papers published on the research of elderly diabetes care showed an upward trend. The cooperation between authors and institutions was not close. Bai Jiaojiao ranked first in the number of published papers，with a total of 5 papers. The number of papers published by Nursing Department of Medical College of Shihezi University and Qingzhou Rongjun Hospital of Shandong Province were the most，with 3 articles respectively.Self management， empty nester elderly and community nursing are not only the research hotspots in this field， but also the research frontier.In addition，health management is also a major research direction in this field.Conclusion ?The research of nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes has attracted more and more attention of scholars，but the cooperation between authors and institutions in this field is insufficient，which needs to be strengthened. In the future，we should pay attention to the research frontier in this field，so as to comprehensively promote the development of nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes to the direction of specialization.

2017年，國際糖尿病聯(lián)盟發(fā)布的第8版全球糖尿病地圖顯示，全球約有4.25億糖尿病患者，預(yù)計(jì)到2045年，患者數(shù)將升至7億[1]。糖尿病已成為世界上主要的健康問題，其并發(fā)癥和死亡率給我國的醫(yī)療體系帶來沉重負(fù)擔(dān)[2]。我國60歲及以上老年人的糖尿病患病率高達(dá)20.4%，相較中青年（20～59歲）人群高出近10%[3]。其中，2型糖尿病占老年糖尿病患者的90%以上[2]。CiteSpace作為應(yīng)用最為廣泛的可視化工具之一，將海量數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換成更為直觀的可視化圖譜，并能揭示學(xué)科發(fā)展新趨勢和新動態(tài)[4]。但目前老年糖尿病護(hù)理領(lǐng)域的可視化分析鮮有報道。因此，本研究利用CiteSpace軟件（5.6.R1）對老年糖尿病護(hù)理領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)及趨勢進(jìn)行計(jì)量學(xué)分析，并繪制可視化圖譜，以期為老年糖尿病護(hù)理相關(guān)研究和實(shí)踐提供參考依據(jù)，分析結(jié)果如下。
