[摘要]目的 探討互動健康教育模式對股骨遠端骨折患者預后及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法 選取2016年1月~2017年12月本院收治的40例股骨遠端骨折患者作為研究對象,按照隨機分組法方法分為對照組(20例)與觀察組(20例)。對照組采用常規(guī)護理干預,觀察組在對照組的基礎上采用互動健康教育模式干預。比較兩組的膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分、生活質(zhì)量評分、患者的護理滿意度。結(jié)果 護理后,觀察組患者的膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分為(82.56±2.10)分,明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組患者的生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。觀察組的護理總滿意度高于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 互動健康教育模式干預能夠有效提升患者的膝關(guān)節(jié)功能評分、生活質(zhì)量評分、護理滿意度。該方法適合在股骨遠端骨折患者中實施,適合在臨床進行推廣和應用。

Influence of interactive health education model on prognosis and quality of life in patients with distal femoral fracture

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of interactive health education model on prognosis and quality of life in patients with distal femoral fracture. Methods Forty patients with distal femoral fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as study objects. They were divided into the control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases) according to the randomized grouping method. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given interactive health education on the basis of the control group. The knee joint function score, quality of life score and patients′ satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the knee joint function score of the observation group was (82.56±2.10) points, which was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Interventional health education model intervention can effectively improve the patients′knee joint function score, quality of life score, and satisfaction degree of nursing. This method is suitable for patients with distal femoral fracture, suitable for promotion and application in clinic.

綜上所述,互動健康教育模式干預能夠有效提升患者的生活質(zhì)量水平,提高患者的關(guān)節(jié)靈活性,從而提升患者的護理滿意度,適合在臨床進行推廣和應用。
