According to the overall development trend of the modern social development environment and social cultural atmosphere,it is necessary for the diversified coexistence of the national culture.Therefore,the cultural psychological school,constructivism school and the universal evolution school have become the fundamental driving force for the development of the national cultures while their inherent development thoughts have also been provided with corresponding featured views.

Ⅰ.Construction and generation of the cultural psychological school based on the macro development of the national culture

Macro development of the national culture has become the core driving force for the overall development of the national culture facing the society and the world.In this respect,the perspective for research on the macro development of the national culture has been extended from the surface to the psychological level.It is the direction for the research on the national cultural inheritance and development carried out by cultural psychological school.It has also expressed the innovative and unique nature of the starting point of the researches conducted by such cultural school.It is able to scientifically turn the development view from the law of the subjective cultural development to the environment of the objective social development to form an important driving force for the national culture inheritance and development so as to provide a powerful ideological guarantee for the diversified development of the national culture.

Construction and formation of the cultural psychological school is in line with the general requirements of the current national cultural inheritance and development.It is a basic characteristic shown by the cultural psychological school in the thoughts of the macro development of the national culture,focusing on the research and exploration on social psychology to form an effective research process for the integrity of the national culture.〔1〕Differentiated from other culture schools to some extent,such research point of view highlighted the macroscopic nature of the research object in order to form an overall evaluation for the general direction of the national cultural development so that positive promotion effect can be exerted on the inheritance and development of China’s national culture.In this way,it can turn to be a representative thought for the featured development of today’s national cultural schools,which can be regarded as an innovative view of the research and development of the era of the Chinese national culture.

Ⅱ.New requirements of the macro development of the national culture is adaptable for constructivism school

1.Expressing the macro development of the national culture by a complex social phenomenon and traditional national culture

Macro development and inheritance of the national culture are affected by the social development progress,so there are corresponding differences existing in the development features shown by different cultural schools.Therefore,the development thoughts of the constructivism cultural school has probed into the process of the changes in the social development environment in detail and carried out specific analysis of the objective factors of the social environment development to sum up the adaptive elements for the macro development of the national culture and conduct a structural sorting and division for the final formation of the macro representation of the national culture.Thus,in the field of the macro development of the national culture,structural exploration has become an important point of view for the development of the constructivism cultural school.

2.Specific analysis of the cultural development carried out based on the differences of the social national cultural development

The formation and development of the constructivism cultural school have carried out in-depth exploration for the differences of the internal national cultural development targeting at the direction of the macro inheritance and development of the national culture.Starting from the internal constituent elements of the national culture,certain commonality can be seen in the overall development direction of each national culture that the intrinsic quality of the nation has been reflected.And according to the specific development direction reflected by each national culture,construction of the national character has some differences,resulting in certain feature of the national culture constituent elements.

3.Deep structure representing the brand new compound features constituted by the macro national cultural elements

According to the development view of the constructive cultural school,the core of the Chinese traditional cultural inheritance and development is to sort the inherent relationship of the complex constituent elements of the traditional national culture to sum up the macro structural characteristics of the Chinese traditional culture.Specific analysis of the “conscious structure” includes mainly the development phenomenon of the social surface national culture and the most fundamental trend and characteristics of the traditional national cultural development so as to form a scientific evaluation and conclusion for the overall direction of the macro national cultural development;while the “unconscious structure” focuses on the specific analysis of the cultural constituent elements not practically existing in the national cultural development progress,such as the spirit of national development,national quality and national character,etc.〔2〕

Ⅲ.Formation of the universal evolution school stimulated in regional national cultural development

1.Gradual emergence of the new colors of the multi-line evolutionary theory under the perspective of the coexistence of multi-nation

Considering from the perspective of the adaptability,the macro development of Chinese traditional culture has promoted the formation of the innovative development ideas of each cultural school successively while the idea of the universal evolution has been the ideological source for the formation and development of the cultural school of universal evolution and highlighted the brand new national cultural development concept of multi-national cultural coexistence.In addition,deep exploration shall be carried out virtually for the development advantages of the regional national culture to push forward its overall level to be improved continually.It is the fundamental for the formation of the multi-line evolution theory of the cultural school of universal evolution of the national culture,which can meet the inherent requirements raised by today’s socio-economy,culture and human development environment.〔3〕Furthermore,full aspect and multi-dimensional effective complementation shall be formed for the connotation of the national culture to be the power source for the innovative development of the Chinese national cultural schools.The development concepts and the constructional thoughts of the cultural schools have certain epochal character and theoretical colors which shall be mutually consistent with the direction for the epochal social cultural development.

2.Taking the parallel development view as the new development idea of the cultural school of universal evolution

Specific differences in the parallel development,another brand new development idea of the cultural school of universal evolution,from the development thought of constructivism school mainly lie in the following two aspects:First,it deems that the development of the regional national culture has a basic trend of synchronous evolution without the phenomenon of a relatively less developed regional national culture.It stresses on the integrity and the universal feature of the regional national cultural development.Second,the regional cultural development is internally related to the progress,which has fully expressed the features of widespread dissemination and cultural integration of the regional national culture to reflect the macro cognition of the national cultural development by the cultural school of universal evolution.The parallel development view can show the overall driving force formed by the macro development of the traditional national culture for the regional national culture.When facing the whole social development environment,the development idea and development direction of regional culture are strongly united so that deep penetration can be formed to the development idea of the cultural school of universal evolution,which can positively drive the inheritance and development of today’s social national culture.〔4〕

3.Taking the ecological adaptability as the innovative idea of the development of the cultural school of universal evolution

The development of the national culture shall not focus on the national cultural inheritance and development of a certain region,but pay attention to its overall development and highlight the development space and the development value of each regional national culture.In light of this,the development idea of the cultural school of universal evolution stresses on the social adaptability of the regional national cultural development and adequately presents the advantages in the inheritance and development of the regional national culture to deepen the connotation of the macro development of the national culture and show the epochal significance and development value of the Chinese national culture.It is a basic theory for today’s social cultural development to form an ecological adaptable development trend,and also an innovative development view upheld by the universal evolution school.With certain development features,such view figures out the general direction for the development of today’s social regional national culture,which will have a relatively higher value for the inheritance and development of the national culture and be able to be a brand new driving force for the development of the national culture for the society,the world and the future.

4.Innovative thinking of the cultural school of universal evolution reflected by the compliance with the law of non-commonality

According to the development view of the universal evolution school,the core of the macro development of Chinese traditional culture lies in the common progress of the national culture of different regions.The development law of non-commonality here is obviously contradictory to the development idea of such cultural school.The fundamental of the law of non-commonality lies in the consistency of the development direction and the certain inevitable differences in development rather than keeping pace with the development speed.〔5〕Development of the regional national culture will be evolved with the practice.Therefore,there will be corresponding differences in the inheritance and development of the regional national culture.However,the general goal shall be common.It is a brand new development idea proposed by the cultural school of universal evolution.The compliance with the law of the non-commonalty of the regional national cultural development will correctly guide the direction of the macro development of the national culture.In addition,the cultural school of universal evolution is able to explain that the inheritance and development of the national culture need to be based on the objective social development environment while its national cultural development thought can reflect the epochal innovative features and the objective function of the environment,which,as a result,has become an integral part of the development features of such cultural school.

Ⅳ.Conclusion

Inheritance and development of national cultural shall be based on the researches on macro development and carry out specific analysis of the micro factors to reflect the differences among the development ideas and development views of each cultural school in order to present the development features of each cultural school.For this purpose,the development views of the constructivism school,cultural psychological school and universal evolution school shall be comprehensively integrated to form a specific analysis and research process at the social level for the macro development of the traditional national culture.In this way,features of the development view of each cultural school can be reflected to comprehensively drive the construction of the new normal of China’s traditional cultural development.
