便秘（Constipation）

Pharmacist：Hello,what can I do for you？

藥師：您好！請(qǐng)問您需要什么藥？

Client：I feel under the weather these days because my bowels are irregular and I am constipated again.

顧客：我最近又便秘了，很難受。

Pharmacist：How long have you been irregular？

藥師：持續(xù)多長時(shí)間了？

Client：4 days up to now.

顧客：到今天為止已經(jīng)四天了。

Pharmacist：Did you take any medicines when you had these symptoms？

藥師：您以前便秘時(shí)服用過什么藥嗎？

Client：Yes,but it was not effective.

顧客：我用過一些藥，可是感覺效果不太明顯。

Pharmacist：Did you go see a doctor this time because of the constipation?

藥師：這次出現(xiàn)便秘，您去看過醫(yī)生嗎？

Client：No.I have no interest in patent medicines.

顧客：沒有。我不太想吃成藥了。

Pharmacist：Then,will you please go to counter 1?I will tell you about your illness in detail.

藥師：請(qǐng)去1號(hào)柜臺(tái)細(xì)講一下您的病情。

Client：Thanks a lot.

顧客：多謝。

Pharmacist：It would be helpful to eat more vegetables,fruits, and less spicy foods.It is also a good idea to start a good habit of going to the bathroom regularly,hence establishing regular bowel movements.

藥師：對(duì)了，您以后要多吃蔬菜和水果，辛辣的食物要少吃，還要培養(yǎng)良好的大便習(xí)慣。

Client：Thanks for your reminder.

顧客：謝謝您的提醒。

Pharmacist：You’re welcome.

藥師：不客氣。
