摘? 要：高職院校的思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)極為重要的工作，肩負(fù)著重要育人任務(wù)。工匠精神的提出，將該思想融入到高職院校教育體系中，為院校的思想政治教育有效性實(shí)施提供契機(jī)。工匠精神融入高職院校思想政治教育，助力于大學(xué)生專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化共同發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，促進(jìn)大學(xué)生未來(lái)良好的就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)，凸顯高職院校的思想政治教育良好實(shí)施模式。對(duì)此，從工匠精神融入高職院校的思政教育的困境、價(jià)值及實(shí)踐路徑維度，論述工匠精神融入思想政治教育中的實(shí)際情況，并提出相關(guān)的實(shí)踐路徑，推進(jìn)工匠精神在高職院校教育層面中良好的融入與實(shí)施。

On the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit into Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract： The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a very important work and shoulders the important task of educating people. The proposal of craftsman spirit integrates this thought into the education system of higher vocational colleges， and provides an opportunity for the effective implementation of ideological and political education in colleges. The craftsman spirit is integrated into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges， contributing to the common development trend of college students' specialization and professionalization， enhancing college students' core competitiveness， promoting college students' good employment and entrepreneurship in the future， and highlighting the good implementation mode of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. In this regard， from the dilemma， value and practical path dimensions of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges， this paper discusses the actual situation of the integration of craftsman spirit into Ideological and political education， and puts forward relevant practical paths to promote the good integration and implementation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.

1? 工匠精神融入及培育的困境

1.1 大學(xué)生群體層面普遍對(duì)工匠精神認(rèn)知不足

高職院校踐行工匠精神思想，將其融入思想政治教育體系當(dāng)中，其凸顯了工匠精神實(shí)踐力度不足的問(wèn)題。其存在的問(wèn)題主要因素是大學(xué)生群體普遍對(duì)工匠精神認(rèn)知不足，導(dǎo)致工匠精神在高職院校思想政治教育中實(shí)施力度不佳[1]。首先，當(dāng)前多數(shù)高職院校大學(xué)生缺乏對(duì)工匠精神內(nèi)涵的認(rèn)知，他們不了解工匠精神的內(nèi)涵。因此，大學(xué)生在自身專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、專業(yè)實(shí)踐以及專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中，工匠精神實(shí)踐成效不佳，這影響到大學(xué)生全面性發(fā)展。其次，部分大學(xué)生對(duì)自身專業(yè)認(rèn)知不足，對(duì)專業(yè)的工匠精神內(nèi)涵知之甚少，這影響到大學(xué)生未來(lái)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程[2]。

1.2 學(xué)校層面對(duì)工匠精神的傳遞手段單一

高職院校教育實(shí)施中，思政教育工作中踐行工匠精神，凸顯工匠精神傳遞方式單一問(wèn)題，使工匠精神在高職院校的教育層面中實(shí)施力度不足。首先，部分高職院校在專業(yè)教育層面中，重視大學(xué)生專業(yè)技能教育，輕視大學(xué)生思想政治教育，凸顯工匠精神滲透力度不強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題。其次，教師在思想政治教育工作中，所采取的教育方式單一，影響到大學(xué)生對(duì)工匠精神的深入了解與探究，甚至部分大學(xué)生由于教學(xué)方式單一，對(duì)思想政治教育失去了學(xué)習(xí)與探討的積極性，使工匠精神在高職院校教育層面中實(shí)施成效不佳，也影響到大學(xué)生群體專業(yè)化工匠精神的良好培養(yǎng)。最后，工匠精神的教育在高職院校中實(shí)施，其大多依托于思想政治教育平臺(tái)，其與大學(xué)生專業(yè)融合度欠缺，使大學(xué)生在專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)中未能領(lǐng)會(huì)到專業(yè)的工匠精神寓意，不利于大學(xué)生的職業(yè)化發(fā)展[3]。
