文萊再次加緊疫情防控工作

11月30日，文萊首相府宣布，暫停對(duì)出現(xiàn)奧密克戎新冠病毒變種病例的8個(gè)非洲國家出入境許可，該規(guī)定也適用于此前已獲準(zhǔn)從上述國家入境文萊的外國人，同時(shí)晚上10點(diǎn)到凌晨4點(diǎn)的宵禁再延長(zhǎng)兩周。此前計(jì)劃于11月30日結(jié)束疫情過渡階段解除宵禁，但奧密克戎新冠病毒變種又打斷了文萊開放的機(jī)會(huì)。這是今年文萊第4次宣布延長(zhǎng)宵禁政策。

菲律賓緊急暫停外國旅客入境

11月30日，菲律賓總統(tǒng)府宣布，由于奧密克戎變種毒株的傳播，菲律賓暫停允許享有免簽待遇且已完全接種新冠疫苗的外國人入境的決策。此前菲律賓發(fā)布的第150-A決議規(guī)定，來自綠色名單中享有免簽待遇國家、轄區(qū)及地區(qū)的已完全接種新冠疫苗旅客可以自當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間12月1日起入境菲律賓。菲律賓表示，暫停了這項(xiàng)決議是出于謹(jǐn)慎，將積極監(jiān)測(cè)奧密克戎變種毒株的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

馬新旅游通道啟動(dòng)

11月29日，新加坡和馬來西亞“完成疫苗接種者旅游通道”啟動(dòng)，馬來西亞總理伊斯梅爾與新加坡總理李顯龍共同見證。伊斯梅爾透露，自己和李顯龍還討論雙方進(jìn)一步開放新加坡到馬來西亞檳城、哥打基納巴盧等地的空中通道，并計(jì)劃恢復(fù)雙方因新冠疫情中斷的雙邊交流機(jī)制。除陸上通道，兩國“完成疫苗接種者空中通道”也于當(dāng)日開通。

中國（武漢）文化旅游博覽會(huì)開幕

11月26日，由中宣部、中國文化和旅游部、湖北省人民政府共同主辦的首屆中國（武漢）文化旅游博覽會(huì)在武漢市開幕。本屆博覽會(huì)以“美麗中國美好生活”為主題，集中展示新時(shí)代中國文化和旅游融合發(fā)展的新成就、新業(yè)態(tài)、新活力。共1000多家國內(nèi)外文旅企業(yè)，英國、法國、葡萄牙、韓國、瑞士、泰國等15個(gè)國家旅游主管部門及國際旅游機(jī)構(gòu)參展。

中老鐵路工作制服亮相

11月26日，“中老昆萬鐵路國內(nèi)段試乘體驗(yàn)采訪活動(dòng)”啟動(dòng)，昆明鐵路局展示了動(dòng)車組工作人員的特色制服“絲路花語”。據(jù)悉，該制服是根據(jù)“設(shè)計(jì)一套工裝”“扮靚一對(duì)文化列車”等要求，結(jié)合“絲路通途、美美與共”的線路文化理念，突出中老鐵路客運(yùn)工作特點(diǎn)，并嘗試將中國文化、鐵路元素、友誼標(biāo)志進(jìn)行融合，努力打造出中老鐵路線上的一道亮麗風(fēng)景線。

中方考慮恢復(fù)從柬埔寨回國航班

11月25日，中國駐柬埔寨大使館首席參贊常健在與柬埔寨移民局副局長(zhǎng)高萬通會(huì)面時(shí)，贊賞柬埔寨與中方的合作，特別贊賞與柬埔寨移民總局的合作，并承諾中方將向移民局提供培訓(xùn)，以提高移民局警察更有效履行職責(zé)的能力。同時(shí)常建表示，考慮要求中國政府增加從柬埔寨到中國的航班運(yùn)營，以方便中國人以及包括柬埔寨人在內(nèi)的其他外國人回國旅行。

洪森祝賀“面具舞”列入非遺3周年

11月28日，柬埔寨首相洪森通過臉書專頁發(fā)文祝賀柬埔寨“面具舞”（Lakhon Khol）列入聯(lián)合國教科文組織非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄3周年。柬埔寨“面具舞”是柬埔寨傳統(tǒng)戲劇舞蹈，擁有悠久的歷史。2018年11月28日，聯(lián)合國教科文組織保護(hù)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)政府間委員會(huì)第13屆常會(huì)在毛里求斯首都路易港舉行時(shí)，正式批準(zhǔn)柬埔寨申請(qǐng)的“面具舞”列入非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。

印尼調(diào)整入境政策

11月28日，印尼衛(wèi)生部長(zhǎng)布迪·古納迪宣布，為應(yīng)對(duì)的新冠變異病毒的傳播，印尼政府制定了新的國際旅行入境政策，將入境人員的隔離時(shí)間由3天延長(zhǎng)至7天。同時(shí)政府已收緊所有海陸空運(yùn)輸路線，以防止奧密克戎新冠變種進(jìn)入印尼。雖然印尼尚未進(jìn)入奧密克戎病例的地區(qū)名單，但暴露于新變種的可能性相當(dāng)大，布迪表示不想再次重演德爾塔的錯(cuò)誤。

泰國舉辦“猴子自助餐節(jié)”

近日，緬甸酒店與旅游部副主任杜欽繆奈表示，2022年緬甸將重新接待國際游客。目前，緬甸疫情已明顯好轉(zhuǎn)，正逐步恢復(fù)國內(nèi)旅游業(yè)，國際旅游業(yè)也正在籌備恢復(fù)中。緬甸酒店與旅游部聯(lián)邦部長(zhǎng)吳特昂強(qiáng)調(diào)，各有關(guān)旅游部門務(wù)必遵循防疫規(guī)定與措施，開放各地旅游業(yè)，而且要通過國內(nèi)旅游的開放，為即將開放的國際旅游做好充分準(zhǔn)備。

越南兩處世界文化遺產(chǎn)開放接待游客

New retreats in rural Xinjiang
