標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情景模擬教學(xué)在護(hù)理帶教中的應(yīng)用

[摘要] 目的 探討在護(hù)理帶教中應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情境模擬教學(xué)的效果。方法 選取2019年2—12月期間來(lái)該院進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)86名學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法進(jìn)行分組,干預(yù)組與對(duì)照組,每組43名實(shí)習(xí)生。對(duì)照組43名實(shí)習(xí)生采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,干預(yù)組43名實(shí)習(xí)生采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情境模擬教學(xué)模式,對(duì)比干預(yù)組與對(duì)照組實(shí)習(xí)生考核成績(jī)與教學(xué)方法滿意度。結(jié)果 干預(yù)組實(shí)習(xí)生理論知識(shí)考核成績(jī)、臨床技能考核成績(jī)與對(duì)照組實(shí)習(xí)生相比有顯著差異,干預(yù)組實(shí)習(xí)生理論知識(shí)、臨床技能考核成績(jī)較高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。干預(yù)組實(shí)習(xí)生教學(xué)總滿意度與對(duì)照組實(shí)習(xí)生相比有顯著差異,干預(yù)組實(shí)習(xí)生教學(xué)滿意度較高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在護(hù)理帶教中采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情景模擬教學(xué),可以有效提高實(shí)習(xí)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高實(shí)習(xí)生考核成績(jī)以及對(duì)教學(xué)滿意度,具有使用價(jià)值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying standardized patient clinical simulation teaching in nursing teaching. Methods A total of 86 students who came to the hospital for internship from February to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into groups by random number table method, the intervention group and the control group, each with 43 internships; 43 interns in the control group adopted the traditional teaching model, and the 43 interns in the intervention group adopted the standardized patient clinical scene simulation teaching model. The evaluation results and teaching method satisfaction of the interns in the intervention group and the control group were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical skills evaluation scores of the intervention group interns were significantly different from those of the control group. The intervention group interns had higher theoretical knowledge and clinical skills evaluation results. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total teaching satisfaction of interns in the intervention group was significantly different from those in the control group. The teaching satisfaction of interns in the intervention group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of standardized patient clinical scene simulation teaching in nursing teaching can effectively increase interns' interest in learning, improve interns' assessment results and satisfaction with teaching, and has practical value.

隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,人們對(duì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高,特別是臨床護(hù)理服務(wù)水平,為了滿足人們對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)的需求,提升醫(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)人員護(hù)理服務(wù)水平成為重點(diǎn),實(shí)習(xí)期是醫(yī)護(hù)人員提高醫(yī)護(hù)水平的重要階段,因此在護(hù)理帶教中要選取有效教學(xué)手段[1]。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情境模擬教學(xué)是一種新型教學(xué)手段,并逐漸被應(yīng)用到臨床教學(xué)中。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者是指經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)訓(xùn)練可以對(duì)臨床真實(shí)情況進(jìn)行模仿的正常人或患者,具有教學(xué)引導(dǎo)者、評(píng)估者及裝扮患者的功能。臨床情境模擬是通過(guò)模式真實(shí)患者進(jìn)行教學(xué)的一種教學(xué)方法[2]。該研究選取在2019年2—12月期間來(lái)該院進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)86名學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,分別對(duì)其采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情境模式教學(xué)模式,分析在護(hù)理帶教中應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化患者臨床情境模擬教學(xué)的效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
