概要

應(yīng)用文是人們?cè)谏?、學(xué)習(xí)、工作和公務(wù)活動(dòng)中經(jīng)常使用的一種寫作形式，一般都具有某種慣用格式。應(yīng)用文是為解決實(shí)際問題、處理具體事務(wù)而寫的，應(yīng)用范圍十分廣泛。日常應(yīng)用文的類別多種多樣，人們常把書信、便條、啟事、通知、請(qǐng)柬、海報(bào)、履歷表、廣告等稱為日常應(yīng)用文或一般應(yīng)用文。不管哪一類應(yīng)用文，結(jié)構(gòu)完整，平實(shí)得體是最基本的要求。

寫作方法及注意事項(xiàng)

在應(yīng)用文寫作中，應(yīng)該注意：①要掌握有關(guān)文體的具體格式，即書寫款項(xiàng)。不能隨意寫；②明確寫作目的，按題目要求行文；③明確讀者對(duì)象，應(yīng)用文讀者對(duì)象十分明確，而且相對(duì)固定，寫作時(shí)記住這一點(diǎn)，才能選擇得體的語(yǔ)言；④語(yǔ)要要簡(jiǎn)潔，正確使用習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)，意圖和目的要表達(dá)清楚。應(yīng)用文寫作過程中，首先，仔細(xì)審題，弄清楚出題人意圖，如要求寫一封書信，使用規(guī)范的書寫格式。然后，列出信息要點(diǎn)，或許列出的要點(diǎn)與題目提示的要點(diǎn)順序不一致。運(yùn)用所學(xué)的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)組織內(nèi)容，涵蓋所有要點(diǎn)。語(yǔ)言表達(dá)出的感情色彩要符合題目要求，如感謝信要顯得親切真誠(chéng)，求職信要顯得自信，演講稿要顯得有說服力。最后，復(fù)查全文，看是否格式正確，有無病句錯(cuò)詞，是否滿足題目各項(xiàng)要求。
