[摘要] 目的 探究?jī)?nèi)科學(xué)臨床教學(xué)中PBL教學(xué)模式的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取該校40名臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生,隨機(jī)將其分為對(duì)照組與研究組,各20名學(xué)生。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,研究組應(yīng)用PBL教學(xué)模式,對(duì)比兩組考試成績(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)狀況及對(duì)教學(xué)模式滿(mǎn)意度。結(jié)果 研究組病例分析題、理論客觀題的得分與總分均高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);研究組學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣較高、動(dòng)手能力較強(qiáng)、學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性較高及邏輯分析能力較強(qiáng)的學(xué)生明顯多于對(duì)照組(P<0.05);研究組教學(xué)模式總滿(mǎn)意度為100.00%,遠(yuǎn)高于對(duì)照組的40.00%(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 PBL教學(xué)模式的應(yīng)用,可有效促進(jìn)學(xué)生對(duì)內(nèi)科學(xué)臨床知識(shí)的掌握,提高其學(xué)習(xí)狀況,提升教學(xué)模式滿(mǎn)意度,值得廣泛應(yīng)用。

Application Analysis of PBL Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Internal Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of internal medicine. Methods A total of 40 clinical medical students from the school were randomly divided into a control group and a research group, each with 20 students. The control group used the traditional teaching mode, and the research group applied the PBL teaching mode to compare the test scores, learning status and teaching mode satisfaction of the two groups. Results The scores and total scores of case analysis questions and theoretical objective questions in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The study group had higher learning interest, strong hands-on ability, higher learning initiative and more logical analysis ability. The strong students were significantly more than the control group(P<0.05); the total satisfaction of the teaching model in the study group was 100.00%, which was much higher than the 40.00% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching mode can effectively promote students' mastery of clinical knowledge of internal medicine, improve their learning status and improve the satisfaction of teaching mode. It is worthy of wide application.

在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代下,臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)模式也隨之發(fā)生變化。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式下,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性與積極性并不很強(qiáng),所達(dá)到的教學(xué)質(zhì)量也較為一般。而PBL教學(xué)模式,可有效提高教學(xué)的開(kāi)放性與生動(dòng)性,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性。該研究選取該校20名臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)施PBL教學(xué)模式,取得了較好的效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
選擇該校2018級(jí)40名臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生,隨機(jī)將其劃分成兩組,分別為對(duì)照組與研究組,兩組各20名學(xué)生。其中對(duì)照組中男生11名,女生9名;年齡19~25歲,平均(22.3±1.5)歲。研究組中男生10名,女生10名;年齡20~24歲,平均(22.1±1.4)歲。兩組學(xué)生性別、年齡等基本資料差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),可對(duì)比。
1.2 ?教學(xué)方法
對(duì)照組實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,具體內(nèi)容如下:教師根據(jù)教學(xué)素材,系統(tǒng)化地講解教學(xué)內(nèi)容,并結(jié)合教學(xué)需要,布置相關(guān)作業(yè)[1]。研究組采用PBL教學(xué)模式,具體實(shí)施過(guò)程如下:按照4~6人一組的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將學(xué)生劃分成若干個(gè)小組,并每組配有一個(gè)導(dǎo)師,構(gòu)建PBL小組學(xué)習(xí)方式。在學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中,教師應(yīng)積極、正確引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與討論,且不直接回答學(xué)生問(wèn)題,以提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性與積極性,增強(qiáng)其推理能力。在此期間,教師詳細(xì)向?qū)W生講述假設(shè)-演繹推理方法及技巧,并舉出相關(guān)案例,讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的應(yīng)用,以提升學(xué)生問(wèn)題處理能力[2]。在討論、研究問(wèn)題時(shí),應(yīng)向?qū)W生講述從學(xué)校圖書(shū)館數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的檢索方法,讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵詞、主題詞等方法來(lái)進(jìn)行檢索,查找相關(guān)資料及問(wèn)題答案,必要之時(shí),可適當(dāng)改變檢索方法,以獲得醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)與臨床指南[3]。同時(shí),還應(yīng)積極鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與圖書(shū)館來(lái)查找問(wèn)題答案。每個(gè)教學(xué)病例皆由導(dǎo)師從以往典型病例與真實(shí)病例中挑選而出的,學(xué)生按照小組學(xué)習(xí)的方式來(lái)查找、收集病例相關(guān)資料,在經(jīng)過(guò)討論之后,每個(gè)小組派出1名學(xué)生依據(jù)多媒體課件形式來(lái)匯報(bào)該組問(wèn)題與討論結(jié)果[4]。之后,所有學(xué)生再次回想學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中遇到問(wèn)題及解決方法,并學(xué)習(xí)其他同學(xué)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),以充分提升自身能力[5]。兩組學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容皆為該學(xué)期的《內(nèi)科學(xué)》醫(yī)學(xué)內(nèi)容。
