摘要:目的 ?研究下肢深靜脈血栓的超聲診斷價值及相關診斷方法的應用。方法 ?選取2018年5月~2019年5月在我院診治的132例下肢深靜脈血栓患者臨床資料,患者均采用常規(guī)超聲和多普勒超聲檢查,比較兩種診斷方法下肢靜脈血栓的檢出率、不同節(jié)段下肢靜脈血栓靈敏度。結果 ?彩色多普勒超聲檢查下肢深靜脈血栓檢出率為96.21%,高于常規(guī)超聲檢查的80.30%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超聲檢查不同節(jié)段下肢深靜脈血栓(股靜脈、髂總靜脈、腘靜脈、脛后靜脈、脛前靜脈)靈敏性、特異性查比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);彩色多普勒超聲對股靜脈(96.66)、腘靜脈(92.59)的靈敏性較高,對髂總靜脈、脛后靜脈、脛前靜脈的靈敏性較低。結論 ?下肢深靜脈血栓采用彩色多普勒超聲檢出率高,且對出不同節(jié)段深靜脈血栓靈敏性存在差異,無創(chuàng)傷,具有良好的重復性,有一定的的診斷價值。

Abstract:Objective ?To study the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities and the application of related diagnostic methods. Methods ?The clinical data of 132 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected. The patients were compared with conventional ultrasound and Doppler ultrasonography. The detection rate of lower extremity venous thrombosis was compared between the two diagnostic methods. Sensitivity of lower extremity venous thrombosis in different segments. Results ?The detection rate of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity by color Doppler ultrasonography was 96.21%, which was higher than 80.30% of conventional ultrasonography,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in different segments. The sensitivity and specificity of the femoral vein, common iliac vein, iliac vein, posterior tibial vein and anterior tibial vein were statistically significant (P<0.05) ;Color doppler ultrasound has a higher sensitivity to femoral vein(96.66) and popliteal vein(92.59), and a lower sensitivity to common iliac vein, posterior tibial vein and anterior tibial vein.Conclusion ?The detection of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is high by color Doppler ultrasound, and there is a difference in sensitivity to different segmental deep vein thrombosis. It is non-invasive, has good repeatability and has certain diagnostic value.
