常熟紡機(jī)公司的參展展品，大部分是近二年開(kāi)發(fā)的，展品涵蓋公司三大系列產(chǎn)品。通過(guò)不斷的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，工藝改進(jìn)，產(chǎn)品的性價(jià)比優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯提升，并得到很多用戶的認(rèn)可。其中D2658B是去年定型的高速電子多臂，就是為了適應(yīng)高檔、高速劍桿織機(jī)配國(guó)產(chǎn)電子多臂的需求，經(jīng)過(guò)不斷地改進(jìn)，目前已批量進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)，前景可期盼。

本次展會(huì)上，公司將主要展出D2861型電子多臂、D2658B型電子多臂、D2869型電子多臂、JL2410型高速電子提花機(jī)、S1354積極式凸輪開(kāi)口裝置等產(chǎn)品。

D2861型電子多臂主要適用于工藝轉(zhuǎn)速在550～600rpm的國(guó)內(nèi)外各類(lèi)高檔劍桿織機(jī)，用于織造棉、毛、絲、麻等原料的平紋、斜紋和小花紋織物。它的特點(diǎn)是高效能生產(chǎn)，織物質(zhì)量高，對(duì)環(huán)境影響小，用途廣泛。

D2658B型電子多臂是本公司新開(kāi)發(fā)的一款為高速劍桿織機(jī)配套的電子多臂；下置式，轉(zhuǎn)速為550rpm，葉片泵潤(rùn)滑。

D2869型電子多臂是本公司近年開(kāi)發(fā)的一款為高速噴水織機(jī)配套的電子多臂。用于高效織造棉、毛、絲、麻等為原料的平紋、斜紋和小花紋織物，最高轉(zhuǎn)速是650rpm，適用于JW系列、HJ系列、ZW系列等各類(lèi)國(guó)產(chǎn)、進(jìn)口高檔噴水織機(jī)，采用全自動(dòng)電子控制、存儲(chǔ)方式和高可靠性機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)，適應(yīng)織機(jī)翻改品種范圍較廣，新型封閉式回綜機(jī)構(gòu)更加美觀。

JL2410型高速電子提花機(jī)：24列，適用于噴氣、劍桿、片梭等各類(lèi)無(wú)梭織機(jī)，用于織造大提花織物，目前針數(shù)從5376～9216針。

S1354積極式凸輪開(kāi)口裝置是一款高速踏盤(pán)，采用積極式共軛凸輪。適用上置式、4～10片裝，油浴自潤(rùn)滑，全封閉，操作方便，適應(yīng)織造平紋、斜紋、斷紋等造物。

經(jīng)過(guò)這幾年來(lái)的開(kāi)發(fā)，公司的產(chǎn)品已基本上能為國(guó)內(nèi)外各類(lèi)織機(jī)配套，滿足不同轉(zhuǎn)速、不同檔次，逐步進(jìn)入了高端市場(chǎng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了高速化、電子化、個(gè)性化和系列化。

It is used for weaving plain， twill and small pattern fabrics with cotton， wool， silk and hemp as raw materials. The highest speed is 650 rpm， which is suitable for JW series， HJ series， ZW series and other domestic and imported high-grade water jet looms. It adopts full-automatic electronic control， storage mode and high reliability mechanical structure to adapt to a wide range of loom transformation varieties， and the new fully enclosed reversing mechanism is more beautiful.

JL2410 high speed electronic jacquard machine： 24 rows， suitable for air jet， rapier， shuttle and other kinds of shuttleless loom， used for weaving large jacquard fabric， the gauge is 5，376 -9，216 needles.

S1354 positive cam opening equipment： It is a kind of highspeed shedding cam. It adopts the positive conjugate cam. The mount method is in high position with 16 lifting units， oil bath self-lubricating， totally closed， easy to operate， and suitable for weaving plain， twill， satin and other fabrics.

34寸單面機(jī)（RFSK34*40G*102F）、34寸雙面機(jī)適用于棉紗、混紡、滌綸、錦綸、腈綸、氨綸等各種編織材料，降低整機(jī)高度，更符合亞洲人操作習(xí)慣。
