一、教材內(nèi)容分析

本單元主要圍繞“談?wù)搶?duì)食物的喜好”這一交際功能展開(kāi),并以like為例,進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)義動(dòng)詞在一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)中的用法。Section A 部分主要讓學(xué)生使用動(dòng)詞like詢問(wèn)他人是否喜歡某種食物,學(xué)習(xí)一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)第一人稱和第二人稱的肯定句、否定句和一般疑問(wèn)句的構(gòu)成以及回答。在學(xué)習(xí)一些食物名稱時(shí),讓學(xué)生初步了解可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞的概念,并進(jìn)一步歸納、總結(jié)名詞復(fù)數(shù)的構(gòu)成規(guī)律和用法。1a-1c呈現(xiàn)了本單元核心詞匯和句型A: Do you like...? B: Yes, I do./ No, I dont.并讓學(xué)生嘗試運(yùn)用該句型與同伴就彼此的飲食喜好進(jìn)行問(wèn)答。2a-2c部分繼續(xù)圍繞“準(zhǔn)備生日派對(duì)”這一話題,進(jìn)行聽(tīng)說(shuō)教學(xué)。聽(tīng)力中呈現(xiàn)出like第一人稱的肯定句I like...和否定句 I dont like...

本節(jié)課是一節(jié)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課。

二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

1.語(yǔ)言知識(shí)目標(biāo)

①學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)食物的詞匯: banana, hamburger, tomato, ice-cream, salad,strawberry, pear, milk, bread.

②掌握以下知識(shí)目標(biāo):Do you like bananas? Yes I, do./No, I dont./ I like bananas./ I dont like bananas.

2.語(yǔ)言技能目標(biāo)

①聽(tīng)力技巧指導(dǎo),聽(tīng)關(guān)鍵詞,快速記錄;

②學(xué)會(huì)使用動(dòng)詞like詢問(wèn)他人是否喜歡某種食物。

3.情感態(tài)度

通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)一些中西方典型食品,學(xué)生了解中西方飲食文化差異;通過(guò)談?wù)擄嬍诚埠茫瑢W(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的飲食習(xí)慣。

三、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)

教學(xué)重點(diǎn):熟練掌握有關(guān)食物的詞匯和詢問(wèn)他人喜好的句式。

教學(xué)難點(diǎn):正確使用表示食物的可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞和既可數(shù)又不可數(shù)名詞。可數(shù)食物名詞的詞形變化,歸納可數(shù)名詞變復(fù)數(shù)的構(gòu)成規(guī)律和讀音。

四、教學(xué)步驟

Step 1 Lead-in

T: I want to have a birthday party.I have many things for you.Now, look at the picture, do you know them? Do you like bananas? OK, today lets learn the new lesson Unit 6 Do you like bananas? Section A 1a-2c. (Write “Unit 6 Do you like bananas? Section A 1a-2c” on the blackboard.)

Step 2 New words

1.Present the new words.

T: Whats the picture about?

S1: Food.

T: What are they? Lets learn the new words.(Show pictures to teach the names of the food such as “banana, hamburger, tomato,ice-cream, salad, strawberry, pear, milk, bread.”)

2.Read the new words together.

3.Say the English words according to the Chinese meaning.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師以要開(kāi)生日派對(duì)為話題,導(dǎo)入關(guān)于對(duì)食物喜好這一新課并通過(guò)展示圖片,讓學(xué)生直觀地學(xué)習(xí)核心詞匯,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性被調(diào)動(dòng)起來(lái),全面參與,共同進(jìn)步。

Step 3 Grammar

1. Countable nouns

T: Look at these words(an orange, a pear, a banana, a hamburger, a strawberry, a tomato), we can find out they are “an or a” , so they are countable nouns.We can change them into plural forms.Look!

2.Rules for changing the singular forms into plural forms.

T: Now let me teach you the rules for changing the singular forms into plural forms.

T: Read after me, pay attention to the pronunciation of the plural forms.

3.Countable nouns and Uncountable nouns.

T: Fill in the blanks using the new words about the food.

Which words are countable nouns? Which are uncountable?

And which are countable and uncountable?

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)食物名詞,學(xué)生能區(qū)分這些有關(guān)食物的名詞是可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞,還是既可數(shù)又不可數(shù)名詞,并掌握可數(shù)名詞變復(fù)數(shù)的變化規(guī)律及復(fù)數(shù)名詞的讀音。

Step 4 New drills

1.Present the new drills.

T: (Show bananas in front of the class.) I like bananas.Do you like bananas?

S1: Yes, I do./ No, I dont.

(Write down the sentence structure on the blackboard.)

2.Practice the drills.

T: Now ask and answer, practice the sentence structure.

S1: Do you like...?

S2: Yes, I do./ No, I dont.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)展示香蕉實(shí)物,老師介紹喜歡的食物—香蕉,引起學(xué)生的興趣,然后操練新句型,提醒學(xué)生like后面的名詞是可數(shù)名詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式或不可數(shù)名詞,同時(shí)呈現(xiàn)食物圖片與句型,逐一練習(xí),以此突破重點(diǎn)句式。

Step 5 1a Match the words with letters

T: Open your books.Match the words with the letters.(First look at the new words, say out the Chinese meanings of these words.Then look at the pictures of these food in the book, say out the English words.)

T: I have three friends, do you want to know what they like and dislike ?Look at 1b.Listen and number the conversations.(After listening, ask students to read the conversations together.Let students pay attention to the tones of these sentences.)

T: Work in pairs.Practice the conversations and make your own conversations.

Step 8 New drills

1.Present the new drills.

T: I have an orange now, do you like oranges?

T: No, I dont.I dont like oranges.I like strawberries.(Write down the sentence structure “I like.../ I dont like ...” on the blackboard.)

2.Practice.

T: Look at the screen, tell me your likes and dislikes.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:教師以橙子為例與學(xué)生進(jìn)行對(duì)話,以此導(dǎo)出新句型I dont like.../ I like...,并提醒學(xué)生like 后面接可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)形式或不可數(shù)名詞,攻克教學(xué)難點(diǎn)。

Step 9 2a, 2b listening

T: I want to invite my friends to my birthday party, well what do they like? Listen and circle the food you hear.(Listen again.Fill in the blanks and check the answers.)

T: Role play the conversations.Boys and girls work in two groups.

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)前面的訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生應(yīng)該對(duì)所學(xué)的生詞很敏感,聽(tīng)力練習(xí)要求聽(tīng)出關(guān)鍵詞。在播放聽(tīng)力后,要求學(xué)生能迅速準(zhǔn)確寫出這些單詞,此活動(dòng)幫助學(xué)生鞏固所學(xué)單詞。男女生分角色讀對(duì)話后,教授lets句式。

Step 10 Group work

T: Do you want to come to my birthday party? Now work in groups with the new drills.Let me know what you like and dislike, then Ill buy them for you.

四、教學(xué)評(píng)析

1.創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,自然導(dǎo)入

七年級(jí)學(xué)生活潑好動(dòng),且善于接受新事物。因此,為了激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)課堂內(nèi)容的興趣,老師利用一張全是食物的大圖片,引發(fā)所有學(xué)生思考“都有什么好吃的”,然后,把英語(yǔ)單詞同實(shí)物或情景直接聯(lián)系起來(lái),增強(qiáng)語(yǔ)言的真實(shí)性、形象感,易于調(diào)動(dòng)和保持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。

2.情境貫穿,詞句滲入

對(duì)于英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)初級(jí)階段的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),教師采用直觀教學(xué)的方式,使其一開(kāi)始就把實(shí)物與英語(yǔ)直接聯(lián)系起來(lái),獲得一個(gè)直觀印象。利用兩張圖片(一張圖是一個(gè)蘋果,另一張圖是多個(gè)蘋果)來(lái)呈現(xiàn)名詞單復(fù)數(shù)變化,讓抽象的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)點(diǎn)變得既客觀具體又貼近學(xué)生的生活。在教授新知識(shí)的過(guò)程中,繼續(xù)以“開(kāi)生日派對(duì)”為活動(dòng)情境,并通過(guò)表情符號(hào)表現(xiàn)出對(duì)食物的喜好,從而理解I like...和 I dont like... 的表達(dá)句式,通俗易懂,并能記憶深刻。

3.一聽(tīng)一說(shuō),鞏固深入

學(xué)中有練,練中有學(xué),新授與鞏固融為一體。聽(tīng)力語(yǔ)料的主題內(nèi)容承載著重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)。聽(tīng)力前的活動(dòng)能使學(xué)生感知聽(tīng)力課文中出現(xiàn)的新語(yǔ)言知識(shí),如核心詞匯、句型,所以在學(xué)習(xí)聽(tīng)力活動(dòng)會(huì)產(chǎn)生障礙的詞匯及必要的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)后,按整節(jié)課開(kāi)生日派對(duì)這一情境設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,通過(guò)聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練,聽(tīng)出關(guān)鍵詞,快速記錄下來(lái),鞏固所學(xué)核心詞匯。

引導(dǎo)學(xué)生積極主動(dòng)地模仿聽(tīng)力材料——模仿著去讀、模仿著去說(shuō)。通過(guò)模仿使學(xué)生進(jìn)入英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的最佳狀態(tài)并獲取英語(yǔ)課程的基本知識(shí)。本堂課以小組表演、角色朗讀形式強(qiáng)化鞏固所學(xué)句式,pair work 展示表演鍛煉了學(xué)生的膽量,激勵(lì)學(xué)生敢于在大眾面前開(kāi)口說(shuō)話,克服心理障礙,提高語(yǔ)言交際能力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作探究式學(xué)習(xí)。
