一、整體設(shè)計(jì)思路、指導(dǎo)依據(jù)說(shuō)明
有效地且長(zhǎng)期地指導(dǎo)高中學(xué)生閱讀英美文學(xué)作品,不但對(duì)學(xué)生的英文水平的提高有很大幫助,而且有利于學(xué)生一生的精神享受和文化修養(yǎng)的提高。然而很遺憾,自從筆者從事高中英語(yǔ)教育,可能由于教學(xué)進(jìn)度的局限以及應(yīng)試訓(xùn)練的壓力,大部分英語(yǔ)教師總是圍繞著高考組織英語(yǔ)教學(xué),平時(shí)注重語(yǔ)法、詞匯、翻譯,英語(yǔ)小作文以及考試型的閱讀理解,很難兼顧Literature Spot,甚至是Culture Corner也只能粗略帶過(guò),很少思考英文文學(xué)教學(xué)的傳授,更談不上指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行文學(xué)閱讀欣賞。即使偶爾分析文學(xué)作品,有些教師還是從中式英語(yǔ)的角度來(lái)閱讀理解文學(xué)作品,僅僅將教學(xué)停留在句子翻譯及分析句子成分上,而不是對(duì)文化背景、寫(xiě)作創(chuàng)新技巧及遣詞造句方面作進(jìn)一步的展開(kāi)。因此,筆者試圖開(kāi)發(fā)Literature Spot,充分利用教材的自身價(jià)值,選取Sir Gawain And The Green Knight作為嘗試,努力將單純的文本閱讀技巧指導(dǎo)引向文學(xué)閱讀欣賞。
教學(xué)背景分析
Sir Gawain and the Green Knight是一部14世紀(jì)后期的韻文傳奇敘事詩(shī),作品以巨大的藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力反映了騎士制度的理想,是中世紀(jì)封建貴族文化的精髓。在藝術(shù)上,此詩(shī)語(yǔ)言優(yōu)美含蓄,情節(jié)完整緊湊,人物性格細(xì)膩豐滿,詩(shī)中對(duì)大自然的精確而富于魅力的描寫(xiě)尤為引人注目。
教學(xué)目標(biāo)分析
語(yǔ)言技能目標(biāo):引導(dǎo)學(xué)生欣賞淺顯的文學(xué)作品,能初步了解并嘗試“讀”英文小說(shuō)的能力。 讓學(xué)生通過(guò)語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng)來(lái)體驗(yàn)語(yǔ)言,從而提升自己綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的能力。通過(guò)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的逐步設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)化解難度,讓學(xué)生有得學(xué)有得讀有得說(shuō)有得寫(xiě)。
情感態(tài)度目標(biāo):培養(yǎng)學(xué)生愿意與他人分享各種學(xué)習(xí)資源的合作精神;激起學(xué)生對(duì)英文小說(shuō)閱讀的興趣;通過(guò)對(duì)作品的理解和主題的升華,激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)人生和命運(yùn)的感悟,進(jìn)行德育滲透。
文化意識(shí)目標(biāo):增加學(xué)生英語(yǔ)文化知識(shí),提高學(xué)生的跨文化交際能力。

一、通過(guò)PPT,進(jìn)行歷史背景的介紹和作品的簡(jiǎn)要總體陳述

2、作品簡(jiǎn)介
"Sir Gawain and the Green Knight" was written around the 14th century by an anonymous(匿名的,無(wú)名的unknown) writer. It is the most widely recognized example of Arthurian romance.The story is about the knightly values of bravery and honesty.
