Step 1 Warming up
1.Free talk(Whats the weather like today?What can we do?Can we ...?What did you do last night?What did you do last weekend?How about Bob?)
設(shè)計意圖:對話練習(xí)不僅能調(diào)整學(xué)生快速進入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),而且內(nèi)容涉及三個單元的話題,引出本節(jié)課的重要主線Bobs weekend。為擴大學(xué)生的參與面,可當(dāng)老師問完學(xué)生1后,學(xué)生2轉(zhuǎn)述學(xué)生1的回答。
2.Quick eyes
快速閃現(xiàn)三組圖片,內(nèi)容涉及三個單元的重要詞組。
設(shè)計意圖:學(xué)生快速反應(yīng),激活并復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)知識。最后一幅圖片的地點為博物館,為下文做好鋪墊。比賽和游戲一直是學(xué)生熱衷的課堂活動,再配以節(jié)奏感歡快的音樂,更吸引學(xué)生的注意力,活躍課堂氣氛。
Step 2 Look,read and complete
1.出示圖片,補全短文。復(fù)習(xí)there be 句型。
Last Saturday,I went to the museum with my parents. I learnt a lot of things about my hometown. 30 years ago,it was a small town. There _____ no tall buildings. There _____ no bridges,either. We had streets but there _____ any highways. Now,there _____ lots of tall buildings and people. There _____ a bridge,three harbors,and a subway. The city is very different now.
2.通過問題:T:Where did Bob go last Saturday?Did he learn a lot of things at the museum?What should we do at the museum?What are the rules at the museum?引出Unit 1的復(fù)習(xí)。
3.頭腦風(fēng)暴,根據(jù)師呈現(xiàn)語境,生說相應(yīng)的規(guī)則。如,T:What are the rules at the library?S:We must talk quietly.
設(shè)計意圖:通過看圖填空,檢測Unit 3 there be的用法。由Bob參觀博物館,引出Unit 1規(guī)則的復(fù)習(xí)。通過頭腦風(fēng)暴游戲,既有效復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)知識,又能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的發(fā)散思維。
Step 3 Listen to a passage. What did Bob do Last Sunday?
1.出示圖片,小組討論圖片內(nèi)容。
2.聽錄音,填寫單詞。
Teacher:What did you do yesterday,Bob?
Bob:Oh,I did lots of things. First,I went to the library and _____ some books. On my way home,a lady _____ a bag. Then,I picked it up and _____ it for her. Next,I washed the dishes and _____ up clothes. After that,I finished my homework and _____ my schoolbag. At last,I brushed my teeth and washed my face and went to bed.
3.引出動詞過去式的復(fù)習(xí),小組內(nèi)討論,并生匯報。
4.Go Home游戲,鞏固動詞過去式。
設(shè)計意圖:Unit 2知識點復(fù)習(xí)。過程中強調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)方法與策略,如學(xué)會預(yù)測,做筆記,小組合作。
Step 4 Read a passage
Last Saturday,Bob visited the museum. Last Sunday,he did a lot of things. When he stayed at home,he read a passage. But it was difficult for him to do the exercise. Lets help him and read together!
1.出示圖片與問題,預(yù)測文章。
2.閱讀并完成題目。
設(shè)計意圖:此篇短文涉及3個單元的知識點。通過完成題目,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀技巧與能力。
Step 5 Try to write
1.Can you write a passage to introduce Bobs last weekend?Or can you write about your own weekend?Please have a try.
2.Show time
設(shè)計意圖:提供寫作題目,由扶到放,讓學(xué)生發(fā)揮,有話可講。不僅是完成一篇寫作,也是對這三個單元的總結(jié)與歸納。
