Wang Yinghua was born in Pingquan， Hebei Province and graduated from the Department of Fine Arts， Hebei Normal University for Nationalities in 1994. Then he took advanced study in Hebei Normal University and Academy of Arts and Design， Tsinghua University. Now he is a member both of Hebei Artists Association and Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Society， an academician of Hanmo Calligraphy and Painting Academy， the Vice-President of Pingquan Artists Association， etc. Many of his artworks have been published in professional journals and Chengde television also reported his achievements.

王英華，河北省平泉人，1994年畢業(yè)于河北民族師院美術(shù)系，后畢業(yè)于河北師范大學(xué)美術(shù)教育專業(yè)。2011年7月在清華美院苗再新人物寫生班學(xué)習(xí)，2012年10月在清華美院王萬成甘南人物寫生班學(xué)習(xí)。

現(xiàn)為河北省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國書畫藝術(shù)研究會(huì)會(huì)員，翰墨書畫院院士，河北省少兒美術(shù)教育研究會(huì)理事，平泉縣美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)副主席。

出版《王英華素描速寫集》、《藝考魔方色彩靜物》等。作品入編《當(dāng)代書畫名家辭典》、《中國書畫名家精品大典》、《中國旅游畫派作品集》等。

作品發(fā)表在《美術(shù)報(bào)》、《美術(shù)界》、《中國書畫報(bào)》、《中國藝苑》、《文匯報(bào)》、《中國書畫月報(bào)》等專業(yè)報(bào)刊。2013年11月，承德電視臺(tái)《中國承德》欄目專題介紹“王英華的藝術(shù)人生”。2014年3月，中國文聯(lián)主管刊物《神州》發(fā)表了四版對(duì)王英華及其作品的介紹文章《淳樸畫家的雪域情緣》。
