Zhang Jing was born in Jinan City， Shandong Province in 1975 and graduated in 1998， achieving the master degree. Now she is an associate professor in CAPF Institute of Politics， a member both of China Artists Association and China Hue Art Association， a researcher of CAPF Calligraphy Research Institute， etc. She is skilled in different kinds of paintings， especially the flower- bird painting and figure painting. She has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes. Many of her artworks have been collected by famous organizations and collectors.

張靜，女，1975年生于山東省濟(jì)南市，1998年大學(xué)畢業(yè)后入伍，碩士研究生?，F(xiàn)任武警政治學(xué)院副教授，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，中國工筆畫學(xué)會會員，武警部隊(duì)美術(shù)書法研究院研究員，武警院校書畫院研究員，北京大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)（中國畫方向）研究生課程進(jìn)修班在讀（導(dǎo)師：李翔）。

花鳥、人物和山水畫均有研習(xí)，尤擅花鳥畫和人物畫創(chuàng)作。作品風(fēng)格清新淡雅，朦朧秀美，多次入選武警部隊(duì)、全軍和全國畫展并獲獎，并被國內(nèi)外多家機(jī)構(gòu)和個人收藏?！睹佬g(shù)報(bào)》、《中國書畫報(bào)》、《解放軍美術(shù)書法》、《人民武警報(bào)》、《人民警察》等報(bào)刊多次刊登其作品。

2012年8月，作品《荷塘月色》入選“慶祝建軍85周年全國美展暨第12屆全軍美展”。
