《外科研究與新技術(shù)》投稿須知

《外科研究與新技術(shù)》是由教育部主管、同濟(jì)大學(xué)主辦的報(bào)道國(guó)內(nèi)外最前沿的外科新技術(shù)、新動(dòng)態(tài)、新科研成果，服務(wù)于廣大外科醫(yī)教研工作者和醫(yī)學(xué)院校的師生、醫(yī)學(xué)留學(xué)生等的學(xué)術(shù)類期刊。關(guān)注外科領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)，為外科學(xué)界的理論創(chuàng)新、研究深化、交流借鑒提供舞臺(tái)，為一線外科醫(yī)教研人員打造互動(dòng)的窗口，為廣大的醫(yī)學(xué)科技工作者搭建一個(gè)活躍學(xué)術(shù)思想，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文和科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的平臺(tái)。

本刊內(nèi)容涉及外科學(xué)領(lǐng)域，包括普外科、骨科、神經(jīng)外科、心胸血管外科、泌尿外科、麻醉科、創(chuàng)傷、燒傷、整形外科、器官移植、介入治療、重癥監(jiān)護(hù)等。期刊設(shè)有人物專欄、臨床和基礎(chǔ)研究、綜述、經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流、個(gè)案、新技術(shù)、新動(dòng)態(tài)、醫(yī)療事件分析等，同時(shí)設(shè)置英文欄目。

來稿要求和注意事項(xiàng):

1.來稿應(yīng)具有先進(jìn)性、科學(xué)性和邏輯性。要求資料真實(shí)、論點(diǎn)明確、論據(jù)可靠、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、文字通順。論著、綜述一般不超過4000字(不包括圖表和參考文獻(xiàn))。文稿請(qǐng)附英文題名，中、英文摘要，3～8個(gè)中、英文關(guān)鍵詞。其中論著摘要應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)潔、明了，書寫采用結(jié)構(gòu)式，包括目的(objective)、方法(methods)、結(jié)果(results)和結(jié)論(conclusion)4部分內(nèi)容，論著正文包括4方面內(nèi)容，即引言、材料與方法、結(jié)果、討論。

2.來稿請(qǐng)附單位介紹信，注明稿件無一稿兩投，不涉及保密及署名無爭(zhēng)議等項(xiàng)。

3.來稿首頁(yè)請(qǐng)標(biāo)明以下內(nèi)容:每位作者的姓名(附漢語(yǔ)拼音)、最高學(xué)歷及工作單位，通訊作者的姓名及其詳細(xì)地址、電話、電子郵箱，正文字?jǐn)?shù)、表數(shù)和圖數(shù)，并標(biāo)明中英文圖題和表題。

4.論文所涉及的課題若取得國(guó)家或部、省級(jí)以上基金資助或?qū)俟P(guān)項(xiàng)目，請(qǐng)?jiān)谖恼率醉?yè)地腳處標(biāo)示出項(xiàng)目名稱及編號(hào)，并請(qǐng)附基金證書復(fù)印件。

5.本刊參考文獻(xiàn)著錄采用順序編碼制，論文的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量一般不少于10條/篇。格式如下:期刊:［序號(hào)］作者姓名.文題［J］.刊名，年，卷(期):起頁(yè)－止頁(yè)。書籍:［序號(hào)］作者姓名.書名［M］.版次(第1版可省略).出版地:出版者(社)，年.起止頁(yè)碼.

6.作者在接到本刊回執(zhí)滿3個(gè)月后仍未接到稿件處理通知的，表明稿件還在審閱中，作者若欲改投他刊，務(wù)必請(qǐng)先與本刊編輯部聯(lián)系，切勿一稿兩投，否則本刊將刊登該文系重復(fù)發(fā)表的聲明，并拒絕該作者的任何來稿。

7.文稿的著作權(quán)屬于作者。文責(zé)自負(fù)。本刊對(duì)決定刊用的文稿可作文字修改、刪節(jié)，作者若不允許本刊對(duì)文稿作文字性及少量?jī)?nèi)容刪改，或不同意其他報(bào)、刊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等轉(zhuǎn)載、摘編其作品，請(qǐng)?jiān)趤砀鍟r(shí)聲明。

8.本刊只接受電子文件投稿，來稿請(qǐng)發(fā)至cma1992@126.com文稿上請(qǐng)注明第一作者或通訊作者的詳細(xì)聯(lián)系地址，修改后的稿件請(qǐng)?jiān)谑醉?yè)注明稿件編號(hào)。修改稿逾期不返回本刊編輯部的，視作自動(dòng)撤稿。

9.本刊對(duì)來稿按50元/篇的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收取稿件審理費(fèi)，對(duì)已決定刊用的稿件按通知數(shù)額支付版面費(fèi)，稿件刊登后，按國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定酌致稿酬(含與本刊簽約的其他出版物轉(zhuǎn)摘的稿酬)，同時(shí)贈(zèng)送當(dāng)期雜志。

10.本刊所錄用的稿件將同時(shí)被收錄本刊的各數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)收集，如作者不同意收錄，請(qǐng)?jiān)谕陡鍟r(shí)提出聲明，否則將視為同意收錄。

Notices

Your contributions are proposed to accord with the following requirements:

1.The contents should be up to date，scientific and logical.the materials and data，reliable and correct，the thesis or topic，clear － cut，the texts，readable and fluent，as usual，less than 4000 characters，(tables and references excluded).

The topics and abstracts are written both in Chinese and English.The abstracts should follow the form:Objective，Methods，Results and Conclusion.And the texts，the form:Introduction，Materials and Methods，Resultsand Discussion.

2.Official introduction letter are needed to show the details:Your article is the only，public contribution to us，the names of authors are incontrovertible.

3.On the first page of your article，the following information should be included:names of each author both in Chinese and Latin letters，the top degree of record of formal schooling，working unit，corresponding author’s name，address，telephone number，Email，length of text(count in character)and the numbers of table and figure.

4.Attached with copies of documentaries concerned，if any，when your article referring to the programs or plans funded by the State administrations or joint partnership.

5.References of the text are proposed to be not less than 10 items written in the form:if the journals concerned，order numbers，author’s names，title［J］.journal names，year，volume，number，page numbers of the first and end pages.if the books cited:［book number］.Author’s names，title［M］，edition，place，publishers and year.

6.Double－submitted contributions are not welcome，if you want to change the publisher inform us before hand.

7.The copyrights belong to the authors，but some limited literary or text corrections are necessary to edition.The author takes sole responsibility for his views.Attach your declaration with your article if you do not allow the contents or data to be cited or reprinted.

8.Your article should be delivered via computer to cma1992@126.com.The frist author’s name，corresponding author’s address，the serial number，if the article corrected，are needed.The corrected copies should be mailed to us in time，otherwise，that means“cancellation by the author himself”.

9.The article is charged RMB50.00 per title for edition.Contribution fee will be paid according to the stipulations approved by the administration，a copy of the journal with your article inside will be given to you as a present.
