1 see sb doing sth 意為“看見某人在做某事”?如:

I saw her playing the piano 我看見她正在彈鋼琴?

She saw him waiting at the gate 她看見他在門口等著?

2 hear sb doing sth 意為“聽見某人在做某事”?如:

I heard him singing 我聽見他在唱歌?

We heard him crying in the next room 我們聽見他在隔壁的房里哭?

3 watch sb doing sth 意為“觀看某人做某事”?如:

Now watch me doing it 現(xiàn)在瞧我怎么做?

He stood alone,watching the snow falling outside 他獨自站著,看著戶外飄落的雪?

4 notice sb doing sth 意為“注意到某人做某事”?如:

Did you notice her leaving the house?她離開屋子你注意到了嗎?

She noticed the man looking at her 她注意到那個男人在看她?

5 find sb doing sth 意為“發(fā)現(xiàn)某人在做某事”?如:

He found her crying in the corner 他發(fā)現(xiàn)她在角落里哭?

He found the lost child hiding in the cave 他發(fā)現(xiàn)這個丟失的小孩躲在山洞里?

He had the light burning all night 他讓燈亮了一整夜?

7 catch sb doing sth 意為“逮住(撞見)某人在做某事”?如:

The teacher caught the boy smoking 老師撞見這個男孩在抽煙?

We caught him(in the act of) stealing 他正在行竊時被我們逮個正著?

8 keep sb doing sth 意為“使某人不停地做某事”?如:

He kept the fire burning 他讓火燃著?

I搈 sorry to have kept you waiting 對不起,讓你等了?

9 feel sb doing sth 意為“感覺某人在做某事”?如:

We felt the girl crying in the next room 我們感覺這個女孩在隔壁哭?

In the dream he felt someone lying beside him 他在夢中感覺有人就躺在他旁邊?

10 like [love] sb doing sth 意為“喜歡某人做某事”?如:

I don搕 like you smoking 我討厭你抽煙?

He doesn搕 like people praising him 他不喜歡別人贊揚他?

11 leave sb doing sth 意為“讓某人做某事(處于做某事的狀態(tài)中)”?如:

12 start sb doing sth 意為“使某人開始做某事”?如:

The lecture started him thinking 這次演講使他開始思考?

The news started me wondering why the accident had happened 這消息使開始思索為什么會發(fā)生那樣的事故?

兩點說明:

(1)根據(jù)不同的情況,以上有些結(jié)構(gòu)中的sb也可能是sth?如:

I felt the house shaking 我感到房子在震動?

He found a cat sleeping in the armchair 他發(fā)現(xiàn)一只貓在扶手椅上睡覺?

I felt something crawling up my arm 我覺得有什么東西順著我的胳膊向上爬?

(2)see[hear,watch]sb doing sth 中的現(xiàn)在分詞有時也可換成不帶 to 的不定式,但含義有區(qū)別:用現(xiàn)在分詞表示正在做某事,用不帶 to 的不定式表示動詞的全過程?

比較:

I saw him stand up and go out 我看見他站起來,然后就走了出去?
