在法國西北部的布列塔尼半島、英吉利海峽和比斯開灣之間，有一片充滿魅力的土地——布列塔尼。布列塔尼是法國的一個大區(qū)，包括阿摩爾濱海省、伊勒-維萊訥省、莫爾比昂省和菲尼斯泰爾省，擁有許多歷史悠久的城市和壯麗的自然景觀。深綠色的海洋、陡峭的懸崖，久遠(yuǎn)的建筑、滄桑的城堡，無不吸引著世界的目光，即使是遍地的綠草和松軟可口的酥餅，也能讓來到這里的游客在幻想和品嘗中體驗到一絲大西洋的味道。

布列塔尼是法國第二大國家歷史文化遺產(chǎn)大區(qū)，擁有3000多處歷史建筑和文化遺產(chǎn)。史前的巨石和石棚墓穴，中世紀(jì)典型的木筋屋，羅馬帝國時期遺留下來的教堂、修道院，以及眾多的城堡、私人莊園、燈塔……這些歷史遺產(chǎn)不僅數(shù)量可觀，而且相當(dāng)多樣化，涉及軍事、海洋和考古等領(lǐng)域。

除了瑰麗的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)，靠近大西洋的地理位置讓布列塔尼擁有得天獨厚的海灘資源。長達(dá)2700公里的海岸線占據(jù)整個法國海岸線總長的三分之一，海岸上眾多的度假勝地和漁港小鎮(zhèn)，如同繁星點綴，散發(fā)著獨特的光芒。它們追隨著潮汐的永恒旋律，用壯麗的海洋美景、綿軟的海灘，迎接著一批又一批游客。

大海和土地的完美結(jié)合賦予了布列塔尼精細(xì)的美食文化，新鮮的海魚海蝦、清新爽口的蘋果酒、各種口味的可麗餅，每一種經(jīng)典美食都讓人在唇齒之間感受到山海之間的富饒。其中，有著金黃酥脆的外皮、口感輕盈蓬松的可麗餅，不僅深受當(dāng)?shù)厝讼矏?，還是風(fēng)靡一時的網(wǎng)紅美食。相傳，在戰(zhàn)爭年代彈盡糧絕時，當(dāng)?shù)鼐用癜奄A存在地窖里的面粉拿出來，烤成薄薄的煎餅充饑。當(dāng)年的“救命糧”如今已經(jīng)成了法國一道獨特的美食，每年2月2日，在冰雪消融、春花漸綻的時節(jié)，家家戶戶都會食用可麗餅，祈禱來年順順利利。

從歷史到文化，從建筑到自然，從藝術(shù)到美食，布列塔尼憑借區(qū)域和資源優(yōu)勢，吸引著越來越多的中國游客來體驗法式浪漫風(fēng)情。而其與山東的友好合作，更是成為中法交流合作的一段佳話。兩省區(qū)于1985年正式簽署了《山東省與布列塔尼大區(qū)建立友好省區(qū)關(guān)系協(xié)議書》，在生態(tài)環(huán)境、文化教育、旅游、海洋科技、農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域開展了廣泛而富有成效的合作。2022年6月27日，兩省區(qū)以“魯布有約攜手未來”為主題共同舉辦了“魯布有約”山東省—布列塔尼大區(qū)友好交流年開幕式。開幕式上，雙方共同啟動了友好交流年和中法地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品展覽會，簽署了三個合作文件，發(fā)布了五個合作項目。濟南市還與布列塔尼大區(qū)首府雷恩市共同簽署了《濟南市與雷恩市建立友好城市關(guān)系二十周年合作諒解備忘錄》。

展望未來，兩省區(qū)將秉持友好互利初心，以2024年中法建交60周年和2025年魯布結(jié)好40周年為契機，繼續(xù)聚焦友城交往、生態(tài)環(huán)境、文化教育、青少年交流等優(yōu)勢合作領(lǐng)域，攜手打造中法地方友城合作典范、“生態(tài)半島”國際合作品牌、世界不同文化地區(qū)間民心相通樣板，為更加緊密持久的中法全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系貢獻(xiàn)地方力量。

Brittany’s French Elements

As France’s second largest national historical & cultural heritage region， Brittany has more than 3，000 historic buildings and cultural heritage sites. These historical heritage sites are not only considerable in number， but also diversified， and connected with military， maritime and archaeological fields. Brittany’s proximity to the Atlantic has brought it advantaged beach resources. Its 2，700-km-long coastline accounts for one third of the total coastline length of France， and has numerous resorts and fishing port towns.

The perfect combination of the sea and the land has endowed Brittany with the finest food culture， where every classic food， including fresh sea fish and shrimps， refreshing cider， and crepes of all flavors， enables you to taste the abundance between the mountains and the sea.

The friendly cooperation between Brittany and Shandong is a much-told story about China-France exchanges and cooperation. In 1985， Brittany and Shandong officially signed the Agreement on Establishing Sister Province / Region Ties between Shandong and Brittany. Over the past 38 years， they have carried out extensive and fruitful cooperation in the fields of ecological environment， cultural education， tourism， marine science & technolo- gy， as well as agriculture and animal husbandry. On June 27， 2022， with a theme of “Shandong and Brittany Joining Hands for a Better Future”， the two sides jointly held the opening ceremony of the Shandong-Brittany Friendship Exchange Year. At the opening ceremony， they jointly launched the Friendship Exchange Year and Sino-French Geographical Indication Product Exhibition， signed three cooperation documents， and released five cooperation projects. Besides， Jinan and Rennes， the capital of Brittany， jointly signed the MOU on the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of Sister City Relations between Jinan and Rennes.
