Over the years， UFI LATAM Conference has become one of the exhibition industrys most important gatherings for learning and networking in the region.

The UFI LATAM Conference 2023 is going to kick off on April 25-27， leaders of the trade show and events industry in the Americas will gather at the Costa Rica Convention Center to discuss common strategies for the different realities of the region and the world.

The Conference will offer delegates two specialized matchmaking sessions， academic sessions led by 15 international speakers， insights into industry trends， sports and wellness activities， a city tour of vibrant San José and a tour of two of the most emblematic sites on the city′s outskirts.

The Conference， specialized gathering in the events industry with a focus on the trade show segment， will bring together the leaders of the trade fair segment and will showcase cases of the most representative trade shows in the region.

This Conference is an ideal platform to expand your connections and unite Latin America through networking and matchmaking. By being an event open to all trade show and events industry professionals， you will have the opportunity to network with people from the region and with those interested in developing business in Latin America. It is not necessary to be a UFI member to participate. Thanks to our partnership with Two To Tango （specialized matchmaking software）， the UFI LATAM Conference will be enriched with two matchmaking sessions designed to enable attendees to connect and establish business relationships more effectively and efficiently.

In each session， each participant will have five 10-minute meetings with another delegate. You simply create your profile， and based on that， TTT identifies the interests and needs of each participant and then sends match suggestions to find out who has what you are looking for or is looking for what you have to offer. The events official language will be Spanish while simultaneous translation to English will be offered.
