Sichuan Province Will Accelerate the Transfer of Mining Right of Lithium, Iron, Phosphorus and Potassium Salt

In mid-June, Sichuan Province Department of Natural Resources issued 10 policies and measures (Batch 1) on strengthening natural resource elements to ensure service and stabilize economic growth, mainly involving below ore industry: Firstly, to strengthen ore resource safeguarding ability by accelerating the transfer of mining right of lithium, iron, phosphorus and potassium salt to promote ore industry investment. Secondly, to strengthen the exploration and utilization of geothermal energy and mineral water by allowing mining rights for the prospecting degree reaching or above detailed survey. Thirdly, for big projects that require the establishment and transfer of mining rights of stony soil, there is no restrictions on reserve scale of medium-sized projects or above. The aforesaid policies will contribute to attracting investment in the ore resources in the province, especially in lithium industry.
