對我們而言,首要問題是新的空間建造以什么樣的態(tài)度嵌入這里,一個充滿復(fù)雜性的城市自然,成為空間景觀的一部分,同時也讓內(nèi)部的空間體驗與周遭形成對話,成為拾取片段的容器,使空間本身從感官上退卻成為體驗風(fēng)景的媒介。用地隨湖岸呈帶型,較為狹長,建筑整體上順應(yīng)地形布局,并基于不同的功能切分為三個體量,通過過廳被聯(lián)系起來,兩個體量與過廳之間同時形成了兩個半圍合的院子,一個與水池相連,形成內(nèi)向型下沉庭院,一個與廣場相連,可以滿足公園人群的小型集會活動。
For us,the first question is what attitude should the new space construction be embedded in here.A city full of complexity becomes a part of the space landscape,and at the same time,it also allows the internal space experience to form a dialogue with the surroundings and become a piece of picking.The container makes the space itself retreat from the senses and becomes a medium for experiencing the scenery.The land is belt-shaped along the shore of the lake and is relatively long and narrow.The building as a whole conforms to the layout of the terrain,and is divided into three volumes based on different functions.They are connected through the passage hall,and two and a half volumes are formed between the two volumes and the passage hall at the same time.One of the enclosed yards is connected to the pool to form an inward sunken courtyard,and the other is connected to the square,which can meet the small gathering activities of the park crowd.
天地藝術(shù)館包括了藝術(shù)陳列與展示館,萬科品牌與項目體驗館和咖啡廳三個主要部分。
藝術(shù)館不定期地陳列本地藝術(shù)家的當(dāng)代藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作。我們?yōu)榇嗽O(shè)計了一個整體通高的空間,作為容納藝術(shù)品的容器,通過錯落的樓梯連接不同的展示平臺,形成不同高度的展示空間,可陳列畫作,雕塑與裝置藝術(shù),也能提供兒童藝術(shù)教育。設(shè)計中,利用白色墻面與黑色樓梯的反差,弱化內(nèi)部空間的形態(tài),強調(diào)觀看過程中的路徑,也正是這條路徑使得室內(nèi)的物與室外的景被緊密關(guān)聯(lián)在一起,讓風(fēng)景也成為展示的一部分。頂層平臺,借景于遠(yuǎn)山,以期通過觀展行進(jìn)中的運動過程喚起一種置身山體之中的攀登感,高窗的漫射光則是對游歷者產(chǎn)生了向上的引力。
Tiandi Art Gallery includes three main parts:art exhibition and exhibition hall,Vanke brand and project experience hall and coffee shop.
The art museum occasionally displays contemporary art creations by local artists.For this purpose,we designed an overall high-height space as a container for artworks,connecting different display platforms through scattered stairs to form display spaces of different heights,which can display paintings,sculptures and installation art,and also provide children's art educate.In the design,the contrast between the white wall and the black staircase is used to weaken the form of the internal space and emphasize the path in the viewing process.It is this path that makes the indoor objects and the outdoor scenery closely related,making the scenery become Part of the show.The top-level platform borrows the view from the distant mountains,hoping to evoke a sense of climbing in the mountains through the movement process of viewing the exhibition,and the diffuse light from the high windows creates an upward gravitational force on the visitors.
品牌展示與項目體驗館是一個單層的空間,用于萬科公司天地項目的介紹,根據(jù)區(qū)域模型展示與洽談的需求,提供了較大的面寬。設(shè)計過程中,我們有意識的壓低了沿湖一側(cè)空間的高度,以避開對側(cè)視覺不可控的住宅塔樓,將視線控制在公園范圍內(nèi),以低而闊的方式,將湖景引入空間之中??Х葟d被抬升至二層,以引入水景,略微傾斜的體量一方面呼應(yīng)整個形體的幾何關(guān)系,另一方面則是試圖將一個單純的盒子空間通過一種擬人的動作賦予一定的空間姿態(tài)和表情。
The brand display and project experience hall is a single-story space used for the introduction of Vanke's world projects.It provides a larger area according to the needs of regional model display and negotiation.During the design process,we consciously lowered the height of the space along the lake side to avoid the visually uncontrollable residential towers on the opposite side,and controlled the line of sight within the park,and introduced the lake view into the space in a low and wide way.The cafe was raised to the second floor to introduce water features.On the one hand,the slightly inclined volume echoes the geometric relationship of the entire body,and on the other hand,it tries to give a pure box space to a certain spatial posture and space through a anthropomorphic action.expression.

因此三個體量結(jié)合功能訴求與環(huán)境特征被賦予“高”“闊”“抬”三個不同的形態(tài)。如果說高是對山的擬仿,內(nèi)部錯綜樓梯是對“徑”的影射,那么闊是則是對水域特征的回應(yīng),突出主體的景窗更是在完整參觀流線上拼貼出的城市蒙太奇,三個體量被組合在一起各自有著不同的剖面特征,建筑內(nèi)部不強調(diào)空間的中心感,在物件與風(fēng)景的“引力”作用下,通過身體的運動喚起與城市環(huán)境的對話,將環(huán)境特征轉(zhuǎn)譯為空間的體驗。展陳與自然景觀通過連續(xù)的路徑被串接,這一概念也被延伸到景觀的設(shè)計中,從停車區(qū),市政路下的涵洞,湖邊廣場一直到多標(biāo)高的藝術(shù)平臺,樓梯,挑臺,落地窗,咖啡廳,到玻璃廊,使參觀者置身建筑之中,也游離于空間之外。
Therefore,the combination of functional requirements and environmental characteristics of the three volumes has been given three different forms of "high","wide" and "lifting".If the height is an imitation of the mountain,and the intricate internal staircase is an allusion to the "path",then the width is a response to the characteristics of the water area,and the scenery windows that highlight the main body are the city collaged on the complete flow of the visit.In montage,the three volumes are combined and each have different cross-sectional characteristics.The interior of the building does not emphasize the centrality of the space.Under the action of the "gravitation" between the objects and the landscape,the movement of the body evokes a dialogue with the urban environment and integrates the environmental characteristics.Translated into a space experience.The exhibition and the natural landscape are connected in series through a continuous path.This concept is also extended to the landscape design,from parking areas,culverts under the municipal road,lakeside plazas to multi-elevation art platforms,stairs,and platforms.,Floor-to-ceiling windows,cafes,and glass galleries make visitors stay in the building,but also free from the space.

如果說建筑在白天表現(xiàn)出的是自內(nèi)而外的空間感受,那么到晚上,幾個不同形態(tài)的窗,在室內(nèi)光的作用下,通過自身內(nèi)透,成為湖水之中漂浮的空間片段,在逐漸邁向黑夜的過程中成為特殊的景觀要素,再一次成為激發(fā)公共能量的因子。
If it is said that the building exhibits a spatial feeling from the inside out during the day,then in the evening,several windows of different shapes,under the action of the indoor light,through themselves,become fragments of space floating in the lake water.It becomes a special landscape element in the process of gradually moving towards the night,and once again becomes a factor that stimulates public energy.
