Abstract:
Global technological nationalism is rising, which has been transformed into policy in some countries, making the globalization of science and technology face major challenges. The resurgence of technological democracy is closely related to the continuous development of technology recoil, rising strategic meaning of science and technology, the intensification of the tendency of pan-security of science and technology and the return of trade protectionism. To alleviate technological nationalism,it is necessary to start from multiple levels and reduce the public’s concerns about the security of cutting-edge science and technology and the monopoly of science and technology giants through new scientific and technological governance means.Countries need to be more proactive dealing with the new wave of technological nationalism, and seek to establish mutual trust. Keywords:

Abstract:
In the past decade, minilateral cooperation has emerged in the Asia-Pacific region, which has become a new phenomenon in regional multilateral cooperation.Compared with regional multilateralism after the end of the Cold War,this round of minilateral cooperation has taken on new features, including ASEAN marginalization, strong ideological color and emphasis on security issues. The rise of minilateral cooperation is related to regional countries’dissatisfaction with the existing multilateral mechanism and the strategies adopted by relevant countries to deal with the regional changes. However,it has exerted a relatively negative effect on the inter-state relations and regional order in the Asia-Pacific region, which has attracted increasing attention from all circles. Keywords:
