摘 要：本文主要介紹輪輞剛度對整車NVH的影響，通過競品數(shù)據(jù)對輪輞尺寸大小、重量及剛度關(guān)系進行分析，并對多組輪輞設(shè)計方案進行有限元分析，總結(jié)出有效提升車輪設(shè)計剛度并實現(xiàn)最大程度輕量化的設(shè)計方法。

Research on the Relationship of the Vehicle Rim Lightweight and Stiffness Design

Abstract：This paper mainly introduces rim stiffness influence on vehicle NVH. Through the analysis of the relationship of rim size， weight and stiffness， the finite element analysis was carried out on the design of multiple sets of rim， and the article summed up the design method to improve the wheel stiffness effectively and to realize the lightweight design method to the greatest extent.
