結(jié)果 B組的護理滿意度(100.00%)高于A組86.67%(P<0.05);B組患者對癲癇病因、危害性、治療方法、日常注意事項的疾病知曉率86.67%、91.67%、95.00%、75.00%高于A組68.33%、78.33%、83.33%、81.67%(P<0.05);B組的服藥依從性96.67%高于A組83.33%(P<0.05);B組的癲癇發(fā)作率以及外傷發(fā)生率8.33%、5.00%均低于A組21.67%、16.67%(P<0.05)。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of health education intervention on nursing satisfaction and disease awareness rate of children with epilepsy. Methods 120 children with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as research objects. They were divided into group A (n=60) and group B (n=60) according to different nursing modes. Group A was given routine nursing mode, while group B was given routine nursing mode combined with health education intervention. Nursing satisfaction, disease knowledge awareness rate, medication compliance, seizure rate and trauma rate were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of group B (100.00%) was higher than that of group A (86.67%) (P<0.05). Patients in group B were more aware of epilepsy′s etiology, harmfulness, treatment and daily precautions(83.33%, 90.00%, 95.00%, 93.33%) than those in group A (68.33%, 78.33%, 83.33% and 81.67%, respectively)(P<0.05). The medication compliance of group B (96.67%) was higher than that of group A (83.33%) (P<0.05). Epilepsy and trauma in group B (8.33% and 5.00%) were lower than those in group A (21.67% and 16.67%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education intervention exhibits remarkable effects in the nursing care of children with epilepsy, which can obviously improve the nursing satisfaction, awareness rate of disease knowledge and medication compliance, and reduce the incidence of epilepsy and trauma, which is worthy of clinical implementation.
