3月13日,匈牙利駐重慶總領事館在鵝嶺公園舉行“匈牙利1848—1849年革命及獨立戰(zhàn)爭173周年”紀念儀式。市政府外辦副主任唐文出席,并與匈牙利駐重慶總領事葛凱達一起為裴多菲·山道爾及愛人森黛麗·茱莉亞塑像敬獻花環(huán)。
葛凱達表示,1848年3月15日,匈牙利人民發(fā)動起義,隨后爆發(fā)自由戰(zhàn)爭,著名詩人裴多菲投身其中,并為此獻出年輕的生命。為此,匈牙利將3月15日定為國慶日,通過向衛(wèi)國軍人塑像和裴多菲塑像獻花等活動進行紀念。
紀念儀式上,來自四川外國語大學匈牙利語專業(yè)的學生朗誦了多首裴多菲的詩作,到場嘉賓紛紛在裴多菲·山道爾及愛人森黛麗·茱莉亞的塑像前插上中匈國旗,祝愿中匈友誼牢固長青。

Memorial ceremony of the "173rd anniversary of Hungarian Revolution and?War of Independence of 1848-1849" held in Chongqing
On March 13, Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing held the memorial ceremony of "173rd anniversary of Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence of 1848-1849" in Eling Park. Tang Wen, deputy director general of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, attended the ceremony and presented a wreath for the sculptures of Petofi Sandor and his spouse Szendrey Julia, together with Kadar Gergely, Consul General of the Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing.
Kadar Gergely said that on March 15, 1848, the Hungarian people started an uprising, and then the War of Independence broke out. Petofi, the renowned poet, threw himself into the war and gave his young life for it. To this end, Hungary set March 15 as the National Day of commemoration by offering flowers to the statues of the patriotic soldiers and Petofi.
At the ceremony, Hungarian majors from Sichuan International Studies University chanted several poems by Petofi. Guests present placed Chinese and Hungarian national flags in front of the sculptures of Petofi Sandor and his spouse Szendrey Julia in token of the long-lasting friendship between China and Hungary.
Relevant heads of the Consular Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Foreign Affairs Office of Yuzhong District attended this event.
