馬克思說過，“每個(gè)了解一點(diǎn)歷史的人也都知道，沒有婦女的酵素就不可能有偉大的社會(huì)變革。社會(huì)的進(jìn)步可以用女性的社會(huì)地位來精確地衡量……”掀開歷史的記憶，從巾幗不讓須眉的花木蘭，到“那堪客里度春風(fēng)”的秋瑾，群英璀璨的五千年處處閃耀著女性的光輝。

21世紀(jì)的今天，中國女性的風(fēng)采更是歷史最動(dòng)人的寫真，她們自強(qiáng)獨(dú)立、勇于突破，成為推動(dòng)中國社會(huì)發(fā)展和進(jìn)步的獨(dú)特力量。特別是面對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情的2020年，女性力量大放異彩。2020年10月1日，國家主席習(xí)近平在聯(lián)合國大會(huì)紀(jì)念北京世界婦女大會(huì)25周年高級(jí)別會(huì)議上，以詩意的語言讓世界人民看到了中國女性的力量：“在中國抗擊新冠肺炎疫情最緊要的時(shí)刻，正是成千上萬這樣的中國女性，以勇氣和辛勞詮釋了醫(yī)者仁心，用擔(dān)當(dāng)和奉獻(xiàn)換來了山河無恙?！?/p>

在齊魯大地上，也有這么一群不平凡的女性，她們投身改革開放事業(yè)，在新時(shí)代建功立業(yè)，譜寫了一曲激情追夢(mèng)的巾幗之歌，綻放出獨(dú)特的芳華。她們是與時(shí)間賽跑、守護(hù)生命的醫(yī)生和護(hù)士，勇敢地與病毒、“病魔”抗?fàn)?；她們是投身于鄉(xiāng)村振興的“領(lǐng)頭羊”，為實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村“富強(qiáng)美”貢獻(xiàn)力量；她們是英姿颯爽的消防員，用青春和熱情為應(yīng)急救援事業(yè)建設(shè)譜寫出柔美的光彩樂章；她們是扎根教育事業(yè)的老師，將一片丹心獻(xiàn)給無數(shù)學(xué)子；她們是政法戰(zhàn)線上的風(fēng)景線，在執(zhí)法為民的實(shí)踐中實(shí)現(xiàn)著人生價(jià)值……科研攻關(guān)、脫貧攻堅(jiān)、工程基建、群防群治、后勤保障，千千萬萬個(gè)“她”在社會(huì)各行業(yè)各領(lǐng)域，激蕩著夢(mèng)想和才華，迸發(fā)出創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造的智慧和力量。

遲日江山麗，春風(fēng)花草香。大地迎來了又一個(gè)春天，猶見那一抹巾幗紅，在最好的年華與最好的時(shí)代同行，為時(shí)代明德，為時(shí)代發(fā)聲，以奮斗之姿把春天播撒到每一個(gè)角落。
