【摘? 要】紡織印染行業(yè)是中國國民經濟傳統(tǒng)支柱產業(yè)和重要民生產業(yè)之一，也是國際競爭力明顯的產業(yè)。多年來對擴大出口，滿足就業(yè)需求，促進城市化發(fā)展，解決“三農問題”起著重要作用?，F以JS印染公司為研究對象，綜合分析績效評價現狀及問題，以提高績效管理水平為目標，構建基于平衡計分卡的績效評價體系，并給出相應的保障措施。

【Abstract】Textile printing and dyeing industry is one of the traditional pillar industries and important livelihood industries of China's national economy， and also an industry with obvious international competitiveness. Over the years， it has played an important role in expanding exports， meeting employment needs， promoting urbanization and solving the "three rural issues". Taking JS printing and dyeing company as the research object， the paper comprehensively analyzes the status quo and problems of performance evaluation， and with the goal of improving the level of performance management， we construct a performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard， and put forward corresponding guarantee measures.
