素養(yǎng)解讀

申請信主要用于就某一崗位、獎學(xué)金、求學(xué)、簽證等問題提出申請要求。申請信是高考中?？嫉慕浑H性應(yīng)用文體之一。寫申請信時應(yīng)注意三個問題：第一，語氣要誠摯友好，千萬不要表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)求的意思;第二，對于申請的內(nèi)容和原因一定要寫得非常清楚;第三，盡管不能表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)求的意思，但是期望得到的心情一定要得體地表達(dá)出來。寫信時既不要過分奉承對方，也不要自吹自擂。如不要說I always studied

well， and all my teachers loved me，而應(yīng)用自己的相關(guān)履歷、學(xué)習(xí)成績單和獲獎情況等“硬件”來說明。

申請信一般分為四個部分，對應(yīng)的流程如下：

（一）常用句式

第一部分：說明寫信目的

1. 茲申請刊登在……上的……工作。

I am writing to apply for the post of...advertised in...

2. 見……上刊登的貴公司廣告，我謹(jǐn)申請應(yīng)聘貴公司的……職務(wù)。

In reply to your advertisement in...， I beg to apply for the post of...in your company.

3. 一看到貴公司在報上招聘……的廣告，我就感到這正是我這段時間所要尋找的工作，并且我能勝任。

Immediately I saw your advertisement in the paper for...I felt it was just the kind of post for which I have the qualifications and which I have been looking for for some time.

4. 我想申請加入貴校學(xué)習(xí)。

I would like to apply for admission to your college.

5. 我想在貴?！道^續(xù)深造。

I would like to further my studies in...department of your university.

第二部分：介紹詳情

1. 我的專業(yè)是……，我了解貴校在上述領(lǐng)域有極好的項目。

My major is...， and I understand your university has a good program in this field.

2. ?……年，我出生于……，畢業(yè)于……大學(xué)……專業(yè)。畢業(yè)后一直在……工作，因此積累了該領(lǐng)域豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Born in...in...， I graduated from...University majoring in... I have been working in...since my graduation， and I have therefore attained rich experience in this field.

3. 畢業(yè)后，我先擔(dān)任……，隨后擔(dān)任……，現(xiàn)任職于……

Upon graduation， I first worked as... The following job was...and currently I am working for/in...

4. 我現(xiàn)在就讀于北京第二外國語學(xué)院英語專業(yè)，即將畢業(yè)。

I am now studying at Beijing International Studies University and will soon be graduated as an English major.

第三部分：說明申請該職位或?qū)W校的原因

1. 我對貴公司目前做的工作特別感興趣。

The kind of work in which your company is engaged particularly interests me.

2. 我認(rèn)為我具備了報上刊登的貴公司……一職所要求的必要條件和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

I feel I have the necessary qualifications and experience needed for the position of...advertised in the newspaper.

3. 受我所學(xué)課程的影響，我對餐飲和酒店管理產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。

Under the influence of the courses I have taken， I have developed a special interest in Restaurant and Hotel Management.

第四部分：懇請招聘單位或所申請的學(xué)?？紤]自己的申請，并表示謝意，期望回復(fù)

1. 如能盡快回復(fù)，我將不勝感激。

Your early response will be much apprec?iated.

2. 希望貴校能給我寄來空白申請表。

I hope you will kindly send me an applica tion form.

3. 如能收到所需的申請表和有關(guān)入學(xué)的指南，我將十分感激。

I would greatly appreciate receiving copies of the required application forms and any instructions you may be so kind as to give me regarding my possible admission.

4. 希望您能同意我面試，屆時我可以更詳細(xì)地說明我的技能。

I hope I may be granted an interview， when I can explain my qualifications more fully.

5. 我很樂意在您方便時接受面試，屆時我將進(jìn)一步介紹自己。

I should be pleased to attend an interview at your convenience， when I could give you further details concerning myself.

（二）寫作佳句

篇首句：介紹自己，簡要說明信息來源，并提出申請

I have read in the newspaper that a secretary is wanted in your company.

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of the job.

9. 我想要在暑假申請它。

I would like to apply for it during the summer vacation.

篇中句：突出自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，具體說明勝任理由

1. 我認(rèn)為對于這個職位我是有資格的。

I think Im qualified for the position.

2. 首先，我有很好的寫作和交流技巧。

In the first place， I have strong writing and communication skills.

3. 而且，我非常熟悉西方文化。

Whats more， I am well acquainted with the Western culture. （be acquainted with 熟悉）

寫作指導(dǎo)

2019年全國乙卷的書面表達(dá)要求考生寫一封申請信，仍然屬于書信應(yīng)用文。試題要求考生給倫敦一家將舉辦中國畫展覽的美術(shù)館寫信，申請當(dāng)一名志愿者。本篇書面表達(dá)體現(xiàn)了中國傳統(tǒng)文化的傳播與中外文化交流。同時，考題還融入了美育知識，引導(dǎo)考生關(guān)注和提高審美情趣。在備考時，考生要集中看一些與日常生活和傳統(tǒng)文化有關(guān)的話題，如文學(xué)與藝術(shù)、風(fēng)土人情、社交禮儀、飲食、體育運(yùn)動、語言學(xué)習(xí)等，按照話題復(fù)習(xí)，效果會更佳。

寫作時，考生要從寫信目的、個人優(yōu)勢和能做的事情這三個方面展開?？忌趯懽鲿r要做到層次分明，應(yīng)著重掌握個人優(yōu)勢的常用表達(dá)，如Im good at、I have the ability to、Im experienced in等。從語言風(fēng)格來講，短文應(yīng)該是正式文體，應(yīng)運(yùn)用得體的語氣和禮貌用語或結(jié)構(gòu)等。
