Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing celebrates its 10th anniversary

5月29日，匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館建館10周年慶?；顒釉谟迮e行。重慶市政府外辦主任章勇武和匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事羅瀾出席并致辭。匈牙利駐華大使白思諦專程發(fā)來視頻表示祝賀。

羅瀾表示，自2010年匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館建館至今，在重慶市政府各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和有關(guān)單位的大力支持幫助下，總領(lǐng)館在中國西部地區(qū)的影響力逐步擴大。中匈兩國相距雖遠(yuǎn)，但兩國人民的友誼源遠(yuǎn)流長。

羅瀾說，匈牙利很早就意識到重慶在中國西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略中所處的重要地位，截至目前，匈牙利是唯一在重慶設(shè)立總領(lǐng)事館的中東歐國家，這足以體現(xiàn)匈牙利致力于與重慶及中國西部地區(qū)展開長期務(wù)實合作的決心。匈牙利對重慶而言是中東歐國家的窗口和門戶。近年來，在重慶市政府外辦等各部門的大力支持下，匈牙利與重慶在高層互訪、經(jīng)貿(mào)科技、文化旅游、體育運動等方面的交流與合作頻繁。隨著中匈技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心網(wǎng)站的開通，以及重慶線下基地的正式運營，將成為連接重慶和匈牙利的新橋梁。去年底開通的重慶—布達(dá)佩斯直航，也為促進(jìn)雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)往來和人文交流提供了便利。

章勇武代表重慶市政府外辦祝賀匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館建館10周年，并回顧了重慶與匈牙利在各領(lǐng)域的交往合作情況。他說，匈牙利是重慶對外交往工作中最重要的歐洲國家之一，在匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館歷任總領(lǐng)事的帶領(lǐng)下，總領(lǐng)館與重慶各界建立了廣泛的友好合作關(guān)系，在重慶與匈牙利之間架起了一座友誼之橋、合作之橋、發(fā)展之橋。

10年來，重慶與匈牙利堅持推動友好交往，高層互訪頻繁，各領(lǐng)域代表團互訪考察，洽談合作，成效顯著。

10年來，雙方堅持推動務(wù)實合作，成果豐碩。中國—匈牙利技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心、中國—匈牙利食品科學(xué)合作研究中心等中匈合作平臺落戶重慶;匈牙利政商代表團每年參加重慶舉辦的智博會、西洽會、文博會等國際會展活動，助推重慶內(nèi)陸開放高地建設(shè);重慶至布達(dá)佩斯航線的開通，為雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)、人員往來注入了新的動力。

10年來，雙方堅持推動民心相通，成功舉辦了一系列豐富多彩的文化交流活動，每年的布達(dá)佩斯文化之春、布達(dá)佩斯文化之秋活動，為重慶市民帶來匈牙利美術(shù)、音樂、電影、體育等文體盛宴，已成為重慶市國際文化交流活動的知名品牌;位于鵝嶺公園的裴多菲雕塑，成為重慶與匈牙利人文交流的見證和象征;四川外國語大學(xué)開設(shè)的匈牙利語專業(yè)，為重慶乃至中國西南地區(qū)與匈牙利的交流合作培養(yǎng)后備力量。

章勇武表示，渝匈兩地合作基礎(chǔ)良好，雙方合作大有可為。希望雙方以匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館建館10周年為新的起點，在“一帶一路”建設(shè)和中國—中東歐“16+1”合作框架下緊密合作，鞏固擴大既有成果，進(jìn)一步加強經(jīng)貿(mào)、科技、物流、醫(yī)療、文化等傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域合作，積極探索在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟、人工智能等領(lǐng)域合作，推動各領(lǐng)域合作向更高水平發(fā)展，努力開創(chuàng)下一個更加輝煌的10年。

同時，重慶馬術(shù)運動協(xié)會成立10周年活動也在此舉辦，現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行了書法表演及匈牙利傳統(tǒng)騎射、輕騎兵服裝等匈牙利馬術(shù)文化展示。

On May 29， Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing celebrated its 10th anniversary in Chongqing. Zhang Yongwu， director-general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government， and Lóránd Dióssi， consul general of Hungary in Chongqing attended and addressed the event. Máté Pesti， Hungarian ambassador to China， sent his congratulations through a video message.

Lóránd Dióssi said， since the establishment of the Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing in 2010， its influence in western China has gradually expanded with the strong support and assistance of leaderships at different levels of Chongqing Municipality and relevant departments. Although China and Hungary are far apart， the two peoples share a long history of friendship.

Lóránd Dióssi continued， Hungary had long realized Chongqing's important position in the large-scale western China development strategy. Up to now， Hungary is the only central and eastern European country that has set up a consulate general in Chongqing， which demonstrates Hungary's commitment to promoting long-term practical cooperation with Chongqing and western China. Hungary is also a gateway to the central and eastern European region for Chongqing. In recent years， Hungary and Chongqing have carried out frequent exchanges and cooperation in high-level visits， investment and trade， science and technology， culture and tourism， sports and other fields with the strong support of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government and other departments. As China-Hungary Technology Transfer Center launched both its official website and offline base， it is believed that the Center will become a new bridge connecting Chongqing and Hungary. Furthermore， the Chongqing-Budapest direct air route opened at the end of last year will also help to facilitate the bilateral economic and trade exchanges as well as people-to-people exchanges.

On behalf of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Government， Zhang Yongwu congratulated on the 10th anniversary of the Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing and reviewed the exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Hungary. He said， Hungary is one of the most important partners in Europe in Chongqing's foreign exchanges. Under the leadership of the Hungarian consuls general in Chongqing from the beginning till the present， the Consulate General has established a wide range of friendly and cooperative relations with various communities in Chongqing， building a bridge of friendship， cooperation and development between Chongqing and Hungary.

Over the past 10 years， Chongqing and Hungary have sustained friendly exchanges. The two sides maintained frequent mutual visits between leaders and professionals from specific sectors to discuss cooperation， which have achieved remarkable results.

Over the past 10 years， the two sides have sustained practical cooperation which bore fruitful results. A number of China-Hungary cooperation platforms have been set up in Chongqing including China-Hungary Technology Transfer Center and China-Hungary Food Science Cooperation Research Center. Hungary has also been sending official and business delegations to participate in the international exhibitions and events held in Chongqing every year， such as the Smart China Expo， WCIFIT （Western China International Fair for Investment and Trade） and CQCIE （Chongqing Culture Industry Expo）， assisting in Chongqings efforts to build itself as the leader of opening-up in inland China. The opening of the Chongqing-Budapest air route has further generated new impetus for the bilateral trade and personnel exchanges between the two sides.

Over the past 10 years， the two sides have also maintained people-to-people exchanges and successfully held a series of cultural exchange activities. The annual Western China Hungarian Cultural Festival， i.e. Spring of Budapest and Autumn of Budapest， have brought Hungarian art， music， movies and sports to Chongqing citizens and become a well-know brand in Chongqing's international cultural exchanges. The sculpture of Sándor Pet?fi in Eling Park has become a witness to and symbol of the cultural ties between Chongqing and Hungary. The Hungarian Language Major set up by Sichuan International Studies University serves as source of talents for the future exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and Hungary， and between southwest China and Hungary.

Zhang Yongwu said， Chongqing and Hungary has established a sound foundation of cooperation and the two sides have a lot more to accomplish in the future. It is hoped that the two sides will take the 10th anniversary of the Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing as a new starting point and work closely together under the frameworks of BRI and China-CEEC Cooperation to consolidate and expand the existing achievements， further strengthen cooperation in such traditional fields as economy and trade， science and technology， logistics， medical treatment， culture， and actively explore cooperation in new fields such as digital economy and artificial intelligence so as to push the overall cooperation to a higher level and to strive to forge an even more splendid decade of cooperation.

The 10th anniversary of the Hungarian Consulate General was jointly held with the 10th anniversary of the Chongqing Equestrian Sports Association. Guests wrote calligraphy and watched the presentations of Hungarian equestrian culture such as Hungarian traditional horse riding and shooting， and light cavalry clothing.
