5月17日，《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于新時代推進(jìn)西部大開發(fā)形成新格局的指導(dǎo)意見》正式發(fā)布，就加快形成西部大開發(fā)新格局，推進(jìn)西部地區(qū)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，提出了指導(dǎo)意見。其中，重慶作為西部大開發(fā)的重要戰(zhàn)略支點，迎來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇?！兑庖姟分С种貞c打造內(nèi)陸開放高地和開發(fā)開放樞紐，積極實施中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目，鼓勵重慶加快建設(shè)國際門戶樞紐城市。

Guideline on advancing the development of western regions in the new era issued

The guideline on advancing the development of western regions in the new era， issued on May 17， points out the directions for expediting the efforts to make new strides in developing the western regions and to promote high-quality development of the western regions. As the important strategic node of the strategy， Chongqing sees new opportunities for its development. The guideline backs Chongqing to become a leader and hub in inland opening-up and to proactively implement the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity （CCI）， and encourages Chongqing to expedite its efforts to become an international hub.

重慶中德未來工廠研究中心將落戶科學(xué)城

5月25日，重慶建筑科技職業(yè)學(xué)院與德國弗勞恩霍夫協(xié)會達(dá)成合作協(xié)議。雙方將在虛擬工程和VR沉浸項目領(lǐng)域展開合作，在西部（重慶）科學(xué)城建成重慶中德未來工廠研究中心。該校還將進(jìn)一步加大與以色列等國家的國際合作，助力西部（重慶）科學(xué)城建設(shè)。

China-Germany （Chongqing） Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute to be set up in the science city

On May 25th， Chongqing Construction Technology Vocational College and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft reached an agreement to carry out a range of virtual engineering and VR immersion projects， including the establishment of China-Germany （Chongqing） Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute at the West China （Chongqing） Science City. The College will further international cooperation with countries including Israel support the development of the science city.

川渝兩地貿(mào)促會簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議

5月15日，重慶市貿(mào)促會與四川省貿(mào)促會在重慶簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，雙方將創(chuàng)新國際貿(mào)易投資促進(jìn)方式，加強(qiáng)經(jīng)貿(mào)交流合作，打造國際化法治化便利化營商環(huán)境。根據(jù)協(xié)議，雙方將在推進(jìn)協(xié)同發(fā)展、建立工作聯(lián)動機(jī)制、國際商會合作等方面加強(qiáng)交流合作。協(xié)同發(fā)展主要圍繞政策、機(jī)制、信息、平臺、服務(wù)的共享展開。

CCPIT Sichuan and Chongqing signed strategic cooperation agreement

On May 15th CCPIT Chongqing and Sichuan vowed， by concluding a strategic cooperation agreement in Chongqing， to innovate ways of investment promotion and international trade， strengthen economic and trade exchanges and cooperation， and create an international pro-business environment by the rule of law. Both sides are obliged to enhance communication and coordination in fostering balanced development， instituting a collaborative mechanism， and intensifying cooperation with the International Chamber of Commerce （ICC）， with a focus on the sharing of policies， mechanisms， information， platforms and services.

寸灘保稅港區(qū)4月份跨境電商進(jìn)口成交訂單179萬票

5月19日，兩江新區(qū)消息，近年來，兩江新區(qū)推動以跨境電商為重點的戰(zhàn)略性新興服務(wù)業(yè)快速發(fā)展，區(qū)域內(nèi)集聚的菜鳥、網(wǎng)易考拉等重點企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)放量。今年4月份，寸灘保稅港區(qū)跨境電子商務(wù)進(jìn)口成交訂單約179萬票，約占全市當(dāng)月進(jìn)口業(yè)務(wù)訂單量的82.48%。

Import transactions for cross-border e-commerce at Cuntan Free Trade Port Area soars to 1.79 million in April

Liangjiang New Area disclosed， on May 19th， that its endeavor to propel the development of strategic emerging service industry with cross-border e-commerce as its core has enabled the business volume of key enterprises such as CAINIAO and Kaola to remain growing in recent years. In April about 1.79 million import orders of such were fulfilled in the area， or 82.48% of the city's import orders in the same period.

中新互聯(lián)互通項目首次投資農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域

5月18日，中新互聯(lián)互通金融服務(wù)項目—毅鳴·綠雅（黔江）現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)項目簽約，新加坡毅鳴投資公司、綠雅現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)公司將助黔江區(qū)建食用菌基地，這是中新互聯(lián)互通項目首次投資農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域。項目總投資2.5億元，將用于在黔江區(qū)建設(shè)鮮品食用菌基地，年產(chǎn)鮮品食用菌4.5萬噸以上，直接提供就業(yè)崗位350人以上，將有效帶動農(nóng)戶脫貧增收。

CCI makes its first foray into agriculture

The signing of "CMIA Luya （Qianjiang） Modern Agricultural Industry Project" under the aegis of CCI financial connectivity on May 18th will explore new ground for both parties， CMIA Capital Partners and Luya Mdern Agricultural Co Ltd， in assisting Qianjiang District to build a fresh mushroom base， first of this kind for CCI to set foot in agriculture. The project， a total investment of 250 million yuan， is expected to produce 45，000 tons or more of fresh mushrooms yearly and create over 350 jobs directly， effectively lifting farmers out of poverty.

德國柏林時間5月8日上午10點30分，一列運載100輛東風(fēng)風(fēng)光ix5的中歐班列（渝新歐）緩緩抵達(dá)德國不來梅哈芬火車站。這是“重慶造”乘用車首次乘專列批量出口德國，也是首個中國自主汽車品牌通過中歐班列（渝新歐）發(fā)往德國的汽車專列，標(biāo)志著中國汽車品牌向上、“出海升級”取得了新的突破。

"Made in Chongqing" passenger cars exports to Europe for the first time

At 10：30 a.m. on May 8th （Berlin time）， a China-Europe freight train （Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe） loaded with 100 sets of Dongfeng SUV ix5 arrived at the Bremen railway station smoothly. The maiden trip of "Made in Chongqing" passenger cars to Germany through the China-Europe train service exemplified a fresh effort of China's automobile brands in moving upward and "going global".

5月14日，北碚區(qū)公布“百館之城”建設(shè)計劃，準(zhǔn)備用5年時間建成“百館之城”。即在未來5年內(nèi)，北碚區(qū)逐步整合文化資源，初步形成約100處囊括科教類、歷史類、藝術(shù)類、其它4個大類場館并存的局面，構(gòu)建起“1+2+100+X”文化場館群發(fā)展新格局。
