[摘要] 目的 探討HMGB1、MMP-9及VEGF-C在老年肺癌患者組織中的水平變化及意義。方法 方便選取2018年1月—2019年3月該院收治的60例老年肺癌患者和36例癌旁組織(距肺癌病灶2 cm)標(biāo)本作為研究對(duì)象,比較兩組患者HMGB1、MMP-9、VEGF-C陽(yáng)性表達(dá)情況,并探討肺癌組織中HMGB1、MMP-9及VEGF-C表達(dá)與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 肺癌組患者HMGB1、MMP-9及VEGF-C陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率(63.3%、70.0%、66.7%)顯著高于癌旁組(31.4%、28.6%、0.0%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=13.046、9.259、5.392,P<0.05);肺癌組織中HMGB1、MMP-9、VEGF-C表達(dá)與性別、年齡、分化程度無(wú)關(guān),差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05);腺癌、有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的HMGB1、MMP-9、VEGF-C陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率(76.5%、79.4%、82.4%;85.7%、89.3%、82.1%)顯著高于鱗癌、無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(50.0%、26.9%、50.0%;46.9%、56.3%、53.1%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.126、5.336、4.825、10.392、3.503、5.177,P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 肺癌組患者HMGB1、MMP-9及VEGF-C陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率均顯著高于癌旁組,肺癌組織中HMGB1、MMP-9、VEGF-C陽(yáng)性表達(dá)與組織學(xué)分型和無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes and significance of HMGB1, MMP-9 and vascular endothelial growth factor-C in elderly patients with lung cancer. Methods From January 2018 to March 2019, 60 elderly patients with lung cancer and 36 adjacent tissues (2 cm away from the lesion of lung cancer) were convenient selected as the study subjects. The positive expression of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in the two groups were compared, and the relationship between the expression of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in lung cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics was discussed. Results The positive expression rates of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in lung cancer group (63.3%, 70.0%, 66.7%) were significantly higher than those in para-cancer group (31.4%, 28.6%, 0.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.046, 9.259, 5.392, P<0.05); the expressions of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in lung cancer tissues were not related to sex, age and differentiation degree,the difference was notstatistically significant (P>0.05); the positive expression rates of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in adenocarcinoma, lymph node metastasis (76.5%, 79.4%, 82.4%; 85.7%, 89.3%, 82.1%) were significantly higher than those of squamous cell carcinoma and non-lymph node metastasis (50.0%, 26.9%, 50.0%; 46.9%, 56.3%, 53.1%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.126, 5.336, 4.825, 10.392, 3.503, 5.177, P<0.05). Conclusion The positive expression rates of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in adjacent group. The positive expression rates of HMGB1, MMP-9 and VEGF-C in lung cancer tissue were related to histological classification and lymph node metastasis.
