[摘要] 目的 探討以護(hù)生為中心教學(xué)法在胃腸外科護(hù)理查房中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 選擇2016年7月—2017年6月58名腸胃外科護(hù)生作為研究組,再抽選2015年7月—2016年6月58名腸胃外科護(hù)生作為常規(guī)組。常規(guī)組:實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法:研究組:實(shí)施以護(hù)生為中心教學(xué)方法。結(jié)果 兩組護(hù)生在胃腸外科護(hù)理查房評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果方面實(shí)施比較,研究組護(hù)生評(píng)分優(yōu)于常規(guī)組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。兩組護(hù)生護(hù)理滿意率方面相比較,研究組100.00%高于常規(guī)組82.76%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 以護(hù)士為中心教學(xué)法應(yīng)用與胃腸外科護(hù)理查房中有一定臨床價(jià)值,既可提升帶教老師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,還可提升護(hù)士的主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)情緒,提高自身專業(yè)性與綜合能力,盡早落實(shí)到實(shí)際工作中,值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of nursing students as the central teaching method in gastrointestinal surgery nursing rounds. Methods A total of 58 gastrointestinal surgical nursing students from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study group. 58 gastrointestinal surgical nursing students from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the regular group. Conventional group: implementing traditional teaching methods: Study group: implementing a teaching method centered on nursing students. Results The nursing students in the two groups were compared in the evaluation results of gastrointestinal surgery nursing ward. The nursing index of the study group was better than the conventional group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups, the study group was 100.00% higher than the conventional group(82.76%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse-centered teaching method and gastrointestinal surgery nursing ward has certain clinical value, which can improve the teaching quality of teaching teachers, and can also improve the active learning mood of nurses and improve their professionalism and comprehensive ability. It is worth promoting in the actual work.

臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)是學(xué)院課堂授課地延續(xù),可將理論知識(shí)與自身專業(yè)能力轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?shí)踐能力的一種體現(xiàn)。傳統(tǒng)的查房護(hù)理形式為:老師為主體進(jìn)行授課,學(xué)生被動(dòng)性學(xué)習(xí),這樣會(huì)降低學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)性,而且對(duì)知識(shí)理解不夠透徹。為提升患者學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性,改變學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)被動(dòng)性,提高其護(hù)理查房綜合能力,研發(fā)以患者為中心教學(xué)法,該方法即可提高臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)效率與質(zhì)量,還提升學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)性,增強(qiáng)自我能力[1]。所以,該文針對(duì)胃腸外科護(hù)理查房時(shí)開展以護(hù)生為中心教學(xué),觀察其應(yīng)用價(jià)值,報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選擇2016年7月—2017年6月58名腸胃外科護(hù)生作為研究組,再抽選2015年7月—2016年6月58名腸胃外科護(hù)生作為常規(guī)組。常規(guī)組:男性5名,女性53名,平均年齡(19.77±1.27)歲;研究組:男性4名,女性54名,平均年齡(19.98±1.31)歲;兩組護(hù)生在一般資料方面相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2? 納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
①護(hù)生自愿參加該次研究;②可積極配合教師安排;③主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)性強(qiáng)。
1.3? 方法
常規(guī)組:實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法:帶教老師對(duì)胃腸外科疾病進(jìn)行闡述,告知護(hù)生如何開展護(hù)理措施,實(shí)施健康教育的重要性。護(hù)士進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)相關(guān)疾病的護(hù)理發(fā)展情況告知護(hù)生。
