摘要：目的 ?探討iRoot SP糊劑用于根管再治療的療效。方法 ?選取2016年5月～2017年12月我院接受非手術(shù)性根管再治療患者158例（患牙174顆），采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為A組和B組，每組87例。A組使用iRoot SP糊劑，B組使用AH-Plus糊劑，兩組患牙放置根管充填糊劑后，均采用熱牙膠連續(xù)波垂直加壓法充填根管，比較兩組治療48 h、10 d后疼痛反應(yīng)以及6個(gè)月、1年臨床療效。結(jié)果 ?治療后48 h，A組疼痛率低于B組（8.05% vs 24.14%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;治療后10 d，兩組疼痛率比較（5.75% vs 11.49%），差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。治療后6個(gè)月、1年，A組成功率均高于B組，但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 ?iRoot SP糊劑用于根管再治療可減輕根管再治療患牙充填后的急性疼痛，并且遠(yuǎn)期療效穩(wěn)定。

Abstract：Objective ?To investigate the efficacy of iRoot SP paste for root canal retreatment. Methods ?From May 2016 to December 2017， 158 patients （174 teeth） were treated with non-surgical root canal therapy. The patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table， 87 cases in each group. Group A used iRoot SP paste， group B used AH-Plus paste， two groups of teeth placed root canal filling paste， were filled with hot tooth gel continuous wave vertical compression method， compared with two groups for 48 h treatment the pain response after 10 d and the clinical efficacy of 6 months and 1 year. Results ?At 48 h after treatment， the pain rate in group A was lower than that in group B （8.05% vs 24.14%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The pain rate was compared between the two groups （5.75% vs 11.49%） at 10 d after treatment，the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. At 6 months and 1 year after treatment， the power of A was higher than that of group B， but the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. Conclusion ?iRoot SP paste for root canal retreatment can reduce the acute pain after root canal retreatment for tooth filling， and the long-term effect is stable.

牙齒的根管系統(tǒng)錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜，有文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道，目前根管治療技術(shù)的成功率為40%～97%[1]，而導(dǎo)致治療失敗最直接的原因是根管內(nèi)部感染病灶清除不徹底，根管治療失敗的首選補(bǔ)救方案為非手術(shù)性根管再治療，旨在清除根管內(nèi)殘余感染灶，重建根尖周組織的健康[2]。有研究顯示[3]，使用具有組織相容性良好、抗菌作用明顯的根管封閉材料能夠明顯提高根管再治療的成功率，減輕術(shù)后反應(yīng)，臨床遠(yuǎn)期效果穩(wěn)定。AH-Plus糊劑由糊劑A（環(huán)氧化物樹(shù)脂、鎢酸鈣鹽、氧化鋯、二氧化硅、氧化鐵色素）和糊劑B（胺、鎢酸鈣鹽、氧化鋯、二氧化硅、硅樹(shù)脂油）組成，具有良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性、低溶解性及一定的自粘性，但易出現(xiàn)超填現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致根充術(shù)后疼痛等并發(fā)癥。iRoot SP糊劑的主要成為為氧化鋯、硅酸鈣、磷酸鈣、氫氧化鈣、填料和增稠劑，其具有優(yōu)秀的生物相容性，生物活性，和無(wú)細(xì)胞毒性。本文主要探討iRoot SP糊劑用于根管再治療的臨床療效，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
