[摘要]目的：觀察水膠體敷料在淺表皮膚損傷中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取筆者醫(yī)院收治的100例淺表皮膚損傷患者，以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將其分為兩組，各50例，對(duì)照組予以外科常規(guī)換藥法，試驗(yàn)組采用水膠體敷料，比較兩組治療前與首次換藥時(shí)疼痛數(shù)字評(píng)分（Numerical rating scale，NRS）、創(chuàng)面改變情況、皮膚損傷愈合時(shí)間、平均換藥間隔時(shí)間、換藥次數(shù)、瘢痕形成面積及傷口感染率。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組首次換藥時(shí)NRS評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，試驗(yàn)組前3次換藥創(chuàng)面面積改變率均明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。試驗(yàn)組平均換藥間隔時(shí)間明顯長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組，換藥次數(shù)明顯少于對(duì)照組，差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。試驗(yàn)組皮膚損傷愈合時(shí)間、瘢痕形成面積及傷口感染率均明顯少于對(duì)照組，差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：水膠體敷料治療淺表皮膚損傷能夠減輕患者換藥時(shí)疼痛感，減少換藥次數(shù)，降低傷口感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，促進(jìn)皮膚損傷愈合，減少瘢痕形成，具有重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Abstract： Objective? To observe the clinical effect of hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of superficial skin injury. Methods? 100 patients with superficial skin injury who were admitted to the hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table method， 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine surgical dressing change method. The experimental group was given hydrocolloid dressing. The score of numeric rating scales （NRS）， wound change， healing time of skin injury， average interval time of dressing changes， number of dressing changes， scar formation area and wound infection rate before treatment and at the first dressing changes time were compared between the two groups. Results? The NRS score of the first dressing change in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the change rate of wound area in the first three dressing changes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. The average interval of dressing change in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group， and the number of dressing change in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The healing time， scar area and wound infection rate of the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion? Hydrocolloid dressing can alleviate pain of patients at dressing changes time in the treatment of superficial skin injury， reduce number of dressing changes， reduce risk of wound infection， promote healing of skin damage， reduce scar formation. Which is of important application value.

淺表皮膚損傷主要指表皮與真皮損傷，具有創(chuàng)口不規(guī)則、創(chuàng)傷面積大以及易感染等顯著特點(diǎn)[1-2]。胸外科主要外傷類(lèi)型之一為淺表皮膚損傷，特別是處于暴露狀態(tài)的部位較為多見(jiàn)。此外，淺表皮膚損傷換藥療程長(zhǎng)，并且程序繁瑣，難以獲得確切療效，皮膚損傷愈合后，亦容易形成瘢痕，影響患者皮膚外觀，導(dǎo)致自卑心理產(chǎn)生，對(duì)其心理健康產(chǎn)生一定影響。因而臨床在治療淺表皮膚損傷患者時(shí)，不僅應(yīng)注意傷口的愈合，同時(shí)還應(yīng)該關(guān)注瘢痕消退問(wèn)題，盡量減少損傷對(duì)皮膚美觀的影響。傳統(tǒng)紗布處理淺表皮膚損傷并不能獲得理想療效，傷口愈合時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，給患者帶來(lái)了較大身心與經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。水膠體敷料為新型敷料，能夠減少傳統(tǒng)傷口處理措施帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題[3-4]。本文以100例淺表皮膚損傷患者作為研究對(duì)象，探討水膠體敷料在淺表皮膚損傷中的療效?，F(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

綜上，對(duì)淺表皮膚損傷患者采用水膠體敷料，可減輕換藥時(shí)疼痛程度，減少換藥次數(shù)，加快皮膚損傷痊愈，減少損傷部位瘢痕形成與傷口感染事件，具有積極應(yīng)用意義。
