[摘要] 目的 分析實(shí)施護(hù)士分層級管理模式對提升護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量是否具有明顯的價(jià)值。方法 于2018年3—12月,隨機(jī)選取護(hù)士40名并分為兩組,研究組I(A)組與對照組II(A)組,每組各20名護(hù)士;同時(shí),隨機(jī)選取患者60例并分為兩組,研究組I(B)組與對照組II(B)組,每組各30例患者。對II(A)及II(B)組給予常規(guī)的護(hù)理管理模式,同時(shí),給予I(A)與I(B)分層級管理。在研究結(jié)束后,對I(A)及II(A)組的進(jìn)行護(hù)理綜合能力評分,在I(B)與II(B)組中調(diào)查患者對護(hù)理的滿意程度。結(jié)果 對護(hù)理綜合能力的評分顯示, II(A)組顯著低于I(A),而對護(hù)理滿意程度的調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,II(B)組的滿意度顯著低于I(B)組。結(jié)論 在護(hù)理管理工作中施行分層次管理模式具有極高的價(jià)值,值得在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze whether the implementation of nurse hierarchical management model has obvious value in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods From March 2018 to December 2018, 40 nurses were randomly selected and divided into two groups, study group I (A) and control group II (A), with 20 nurses in each group. At the same time, 60 patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups, study group I (B) and control group II (B), with 30 patients in each group. Group II (A) and group II (B) were given routine nursing management mode, and I (A) and I (B) were given hierarchical management. At the end of the study, I (A) and II (A) groups were scored for comprehensive nursing ability, and patients' satisfaction with nursing was investigated in I (B) and II (B) groups. Results The score of comprehensive nursing ability showed that the satisfaction degree of group II (A) was significantly below than that of group I (A), and the survey result of nursing satisfaction degree showed that the satisfaction degree of group II (B) was significantly below than that of group I (B). Conclusion It is of great value to implement hierarchical management model in nursing management, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.

隨著人們生活品質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會的不斷進(jìn)步,醫(yī)療行業(yè)受到了越來越多人的關(guān)注,包括護(hù)理質(zhì)量,而對臨床中的護(hù)理施以何種護(hù)理管理模式直接影響了臨床中的護(hù)理質(zhì)量[1-2]。分層級護(hù)理管理模式明確劃分了護(hù)士職責(zé),確保各層次護(hù)理人員分工明確,人盡其才,工作效率大大提升[3]。該文詳細(xì)地研究了分層級護(hù)理管理模式在臨床中應(yīng)用的價(jià)值。報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
隨機(jī)選取護(hù)理人員40名,并隨機(jī)分為兩組,分別為研究組I(A)組與對照組II(A)組。在I(A)組中,職稱分別為:初級15名,中級5名;學(xué)歷分別為:中專2名,大專13名,本科5名。在II(A)組中,職稱分別為:初級13名,中級7名;學(xué)歷分別為:中專4名,大專13名,本科3名。兩組間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
同時(shí),隨機(jī)抽取患者60例,分為兩組,研究組I(B)組與對照組II(B)組。在I(B)組中,男性患者18例,女性患者12例,平均年齡(40.7±2.7)歲。在II(B)組中,男性患者16例,女性患者14例,平均年齡(41.9±1.5)歲。兩組間的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
1.2? 研究方法
對照組:以常規(guī)護(hù)理管理模式管理護(hù)理人員,且對患者給予常規(guī)的護(hù)理模式。
研究組:對護(hù)理人員給予分層級護(hù)理管理模式[4],即:①嚴(yán)格落實(shí)責(zé)任制度,界定管轄范圍與職責(zé),確保各自的工作質(zhì)量。②強(qiáng)化護(hù)士的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識,協(xié)助其樹立正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀,團(tuán)結(jié)合作。③實(shí)行獎懲制度,達(dá)到鼓舞目的,激發(fā)工作潛能,以達(dá)到提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量。④改革排班模式,保證其休息充足,確保其身體基礎(chǔ)條件良好。⑤實(shí)行“一帶一”的模式,帶動全體護(hù)士共同進(jìn)步。
