[摘要] 目的 研究神經(jīng)生長因子治療無骨折脫位型頸脊髓損傷的療效。 方法 選取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治32例無骨折脫位型頸脊髓損傷患者,采用數(shù)字隨機(jī)表法將其分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組16例;對(duì)照組采用保守方法進(jìn)行治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上,使用神經(jīng)生長因子進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)比兩組患者的治療效果。 結(jié)果 治療前,兩組患者的JOA評(píng)分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),在治療后,對(duì)兩組患者治療前后的JOA評(píng)分進(jìn)行比較,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組,且治療后4周的效果要優(yōu)于治療1周的效果,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);在兩組患者治療后1周以及4周,計(jì)算JOA評(píng)分改善率,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的1周JOA評(píng)分改善率與4周JOA評(píng)分改善率明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組顯總有效率為100%;對(duì)照組治療總有效率為31.25%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組總有效率要高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 神經(jīng)生長因子在無骨折脫位型頸脊髓損傷的運(yùn)用中,具有很好的效果,加速了患者頸脊髓神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù),起到很重要的作用,此種療法值得在臨床中推廣運(yùn)用。

Effect of nerve growth factor on cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor in the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods 32 patients with cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled. They were divided into experimental group and control group by digital random table method, with 16 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conservative method. The experimental group was treated with nerve growth factor on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the JOA scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The effect of 4 weeks after treatment was better than the effect of 1 week of treatment. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). At one week and four weeks after treatment, the improvement rate of JOA score in two groups was calculated. The improvement rate of JOA score at one week and four weeks in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 100% in the experimental group, and the total effective rate was 31.25% in the control group. The total efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nerve growth factor has a good effect in the treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture and dislocation. It accelerates the recovery of cervical spinal cord nerve function and plays an important role. This therapy is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
