Boring和bored兩個詞都可以表示“無聊的”，雖然很容易懂，但在實際運用過程中，同學們也容易混淆。

1.boring

Boring由動詞bore變形而來，作形容詞，意思是“無趣的”“單調(diào)乏味的”，形容某人或者某事讓人覺得很無聊。句子的主語一般為物。如：

1）The movie was so boring that we fell asleep.

這個電影太無聊了，我們都睡著了。

2）Ithoughtthe book wasboring in the beginning,but it turned out to be fascinating.

我本認為這是一本無聊的書，結(jié)果這書還是很有意思的。

2.bored

Bored著重指“（內(nèi)心覺得）無聊”“感到無聊”。句子的主語一般為人。如：

1）There is no computer and my cell phone is dead,so I feel bored.

這里沒有電腦，我手機又沒電了，感覺好無聊啊。

2）There is so much noise and she was bored to death.

嘈雜聲太大,她煩死了。

拓展：bored to death意思是“非常無聊”。再如：

I pretended to enjoy the concert,but actually I was bored to death.

我假裝在聽音樂會。實際上，我無聊死了。
