2.1　JAK2-STAT3信號通路介紹

在大鼠中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中，JAK2在胚胎階段以高水平表達，在生長和成年期其表達逐漸降低，成年期主要分布在大腦皮層，海馬，下丘腦和小腦,STAT3的表達在不同時期較為穩(wěn)定，主要分布在皮層神經(jīng)元，紋狀體神經(jīng)元，浦肯野細胞及部分小腦顆粒細胞，在JAK家族中，JAK2特異性激活STAT3[12]。
