6月21日,中國(guó)—東盟中心秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)楊秀萍在中心秘書(shū)處會(huì)見(jiàn)由東盟副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)翁貼率領(lǐng)的東盟國(guó)家教育高官代表團(tuán)一行。代表團(tuán)由馬來(lái)西亞教育部副常秘拉赫曼、高等教育部副常秘蘇萊曼、菲律賓教育部副常秘穆尤特、泰國(guó)教育部常務(wù)副常秘瓦塔納蓬以及緬甸教育部、柬埔寨教育青年體育部、老撾教育與體育部、新加坡教育部、東盟秘書(shū)處有關(guān)教育官員組成。中心綜合協(xié)調(diào)部主任黃英、教育文化旅游部主任孔如夢(mèng)等參加會(huì)見(jiàn)。
楊秀萍秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)熱烈歡迎翁貼副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)一行到訪中心,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了中心的主要工作情況。她表示,中國(guó)—東盟教育交流合作是雙方人文交流的重要組成部分,取得了豐碩成果,合作前景廣闊。2016年雙方互派留學(xué)生規(guī)模已超過(guò)20萬(wàn)人。中心在教育、文化、旅游等領(lǐng)域組織了一系列豐富多彩的活動(dòng),包括深度參與中國(guó)—東盟教育周、開(kāi)展青年交流項(xiàng)目,推動(dòng)職業(yè)教育合作等。2017年,中心正結(jié)合、盟成立50周年、中國(guó)—東盟旅游合作年以及中國(guó)—東盟教育交流周10周年等重要契機(jī),積極實(shí)施相關(guān)旗艦項(xiàng)目,希望繼續(xù)得到東盟秘書(shū)處以及東盟各國(guó)相關(guān)部門(mén)的大力支持。
翁貼副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)贊賞中國(guó)—東盟中心成立以來(lái)為促進(jìn)東盟與中國(guó)務(wù)實(shí)合作做出的大量卓有成效的工作。他表示,教育在各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用,是東盟社會(huì)文化共同體建設(shè)的重要方面。代表團(tuán)此次訪華,旨在與中方有關(guān)部門(mén)廣泛交流,探討商簽《中國(guó)—東盟教育合作行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》事宜,進(jìn)一步深化東盟—中國(guó)人文合作。東盟秘書(shū)處愿同中心加強(qiáng)溝通,共同開(kāi)展教育、文化等領(lǐng)域交流活動(dòng)。
馬來(lái)西亞教育部副常秘拉赫曼、菲律賓教育部副常秘穆尤特等簡(jiǎn)要介紹了東盟提升教育合作水平的有關(guān)情況,期待同中方加強(qiáng)在職業(yè)教育、教師培訓(xùn)、青年交流等領(lǐng)域的交流合作,希望中心繼續(xù)發(fā)揮積極作用。

On 21 June 2017, Secretary-General H.E.Mme. Yang Xiuping of ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) met with ASEAN Senior Education Officials Delegation led by H.E. Vongthep Arthakaivalvatee, Deputy Secretary-General of ASEAN Secretariat, at the ACC Secretariat. The Delegation was comprised of Mr. Mohd. Khairul Adib Bin Abd Rahman, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education of Malaysia, Dr. Ahmad Nazri Sulaiman,Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia, Atty. Alberto Jesus T. Muyot,Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education of the Philippines, and Ms. Watanaporn Ra-Ngubtook, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education of Thailand, as well as senior education officials from the Ministry of Education of Myanmar,Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia,Ministry of Education and Sport of Lao PDR, Ministry of Education of Singapore and ASEAN Secretariat.Ms. Huang Ying, Director of General Affairs and Coordination Division, Ms. Kong Roatlomang, Director of Education, Culture and Tourism Division of ACC,attended the meeting.
ACC Secretary-General Yang Xiuping warmly greeted the delegation, and briefly introduced ACC’s main work.She said that ASEAN-China education cooperation is vital for people-to-people exchanges between both sides,achieving fruitful and productive outcomes and having a broad perspective. In 2016, the student mobility between the two sides exceeded 200,000. ACC has carried out a rich variety of activities in the areas of education,culture and tourism, including deeply participating in the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW),conducting youth exchange programme and promoting TVET cooperation. In 2017, taking the big momentum of the 50thanniversary of ASEAN, ASEAN-China Year of Tourism Cooperation and the 10thanniversary of CAECW, ACC has been actively implementing relevant flagship projects, hoping to continuously receive big support from ASEAN Secretariat and related departments of ASEAN countries.
Deputy Secretary-General Vongthep Arthakaivalvatee praised ACC’s effective and fruitful work in promoting practical cooperation between ASEAN and China since its inception. He stated that education plays a great role in social and economic development of each country,and is also a key part in developing ASEAN social and cultural community. The visit of the delegation to China is aiming to have a comprehensive exchange of views with relevant departments, and discuss on the signing of ASEAN-China Education Cooperation Action Plan, thus to further deepen ASEAN-China people-topeople collaboration. The ASEAN Secretariat is willing to strengthen communication with ACC and jointly conduct activities in the fields of education and culture.
Mohd. Khairul Adib Bin Abd Rahman, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education of Malaysia and Atty. Alberto Jesus T. Muyot, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education of the Philippines briefed on relevant situation and effort to improving education cooperation of ASEAN countries,and expected to strengthen collaboration with China in the fields of TVET, teacher training, youth exchanges,and hoped that ACC could continuously play its active role.
