It is with great pleasure that I communicate with you several days before the opening of the Belt and Road Forum, a pivotal international event of cardinal importance for our two countries and people and for the whole world.

很高興在“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇舉行前夕與大家進(jìn)行交流。這對(duì)于希中兩國(guó)和世界人民來(lái)說(shuō)，是一次有重大意義的國(guó)際盛會(huì)。

Over the last years, our bilateral relations, political, economic and cultural, are advancing fast and are becoming stronger and deeper to the benefit of both our nations.

過(guò)去的幾年間，雙邊關(guān)系在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化等諸多領(lǐng)域飛速發(fā)展，隨著雙邊關(guān)系不斷加強(qiáng)和深化，不斷惠及兩國(guó)。

Greece, a beacon of stability and prosperity in South - Eastern Europe, has eagerly embraced China's Belt and Road initiative, advancing connectivity not just through trade and investment, but also by promoting people-to-people exchanges and cultural dialogue, along the Modern Silk Roads linking China to Europe. Greece has recognized the comprehensive and cultural value of this endeavor as well as its potential role in favor of peace and stability, and is eager to work with China in building a community of shared future for all humankind.

希臘，正像東南歐一座堅(jiān)定而繁榮的燈塔，熱烈地?fù)肀е袊?guó)的“一帶一路”倡議。不僅通過(guò)加強(qiáng)貿(mào)易和投資的手段，還通過(guò)促進(jìn)兩國(guó)人民之間的交往和文化交流，希臘在現(xiàn)代絲綢之路沿線上連接起中國(guó)和歐洲，并不斷促進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通。我們認(rèn)識(shí)到，這一倡議不僅具有廣泛性和文化價(jià)值認(rèn)同，也具有維護(hù)和平與穩(wěn)定的潛在作用。希臘愿意與中國(guó)合作，共同構(gòu)建全人類共享未來(lái)的共同體。

The Belt and Road initiative is a long-term strategic, open-ended endeavor, launched by the Chinese government and President Xi Jinping, and subsequently supported by numerous nations, involving more than 70 countries, and 4 billion people, accounting for about 1/3 of the world's total GDP.

“一帶一路”倡議是由中國(guó)政府和習(xí)近平主席發(fā)起的一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期、開(kāi)放的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，得到眾多國(guó)家的支持，涉及70多個(gè)國(guó)家/國(guó)際組織、40億人口，GDP總量約占世界的1/3。

It is based on synergy, inclusiveness, win-win strategies, equality, collective effort and decision making; in short, a visionary, holistic and ground breaking effort which purports to build not a new empire but a flexible network of equal partners, aiming at boosting growth and sustainable development.

“一帶一路”倡議以協(xié)同、包容、共贏、平等、共建、共商等為基礎(chǔ)。這是一個(gè)富有遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)的戰(zhàn)略，完整且具有開(kāi)創(chuàng)性，不是要建立一個(gè)新的“帝國(guó)”，而是要建立一個(gè)平等合作、共同繁榮和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的機(jī)制。

Greece as one of the core participants of the Belt and Road initiative, especially along the new Maritime Silk Roads (as evidenced by our successful cooperation with COSCO in the Port of Piraeus and beyond) is committed in the success of this initiative.

希臘是“一帶一路”倡議的核心參與者之一，特別體現(xiàn)在新的海上絲綢之路合作上（中遠(yuǎn)海運(yùn)集團(tuán)與希臘比雷埃夫斯港的合作就是個(gè)例證），是對(duì)這一倡議獲得成功的印證。

The BRF summit, coincides with two important events that will mark our bilateral relations this year:

本次“一帶一路”峰會(huì)恰逢可能成為兩國(guó)關(guān)系中兩件重要的標(biāo)志性事件：

First, the opening of the Ancient Civilizations Forum on April 24th in Athens, a Greek initiative actively supported by China and involving 10 countries, with the aim of serving as a platform where all participants can communicate and learn from each other so as to achieve common prosperity and development. As Foreign Minister Wang Yi said in Athens, "The Ancient Civilization Forum and the Road and Belt Initiative can be essentially traced to the same origin". The forum has provided dynamism in both thought and culture for the Belt and Road initiative.

其一，由希臘發(fā)起，中國(guó)支持的“文明古國(guó)論壇”4月24日在雅典開(kāi)幕，得到包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的十個(gè)國(guó)家的積極響應(yīng)，旨在搭建一個(gè)國(guó)家間相互交流、相互學(xué)習(xí)的平臺(tái)，大家相互交流與學(xué)習(xí)，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)共同繁榮與發(fā)展。正如中國(guó)的外交部長(zhǎng)王毅在雅典所說(shuō)：“‘文明古國(guó)論壇’和‘一帶一路’倡議本質(zhì)上有著相同的起源?！薄拔拿鞴艊?guó)論壇”可為共建“一帶一路”倡議提供思想和文化助力。

Second, the official inauguration of the Greece-China Cultural Exchanges and Cultural Industry Cooperation Year in Athens last week, in the presence of the Greek Minister of Culture Ms. Koniordou and the head of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, Mr Liu Qibao, underscoring the pivotal role played by cultural links in our bilateral strategic cooperation in many other fields, such as economy, trade and tourism.

其二，4月底，希臘-中國(guó)文化交流與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)合作年在希臘文化體育部部長(zhǎng)科妮奧爾都和中國(guó)中宣部部長(zhǎng)劉奇葆見(jiàn)證下正式啟動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)出雙邊在經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易和旅游等領(lǐng)域的戰(zhàn)略合作中，文化所起到的關(guān)鍵作用。

I take this opportunity to wish the forthcoming Belt and Road forum full success!

In Hungary we seriously believe that mutual trust and respect on both sides, as well as supporting each other's core interests and taking into consideration each other's major concerns provide the essential basis of fruitful bilateral relations with China, which we have successfully built together during the 68 years, since our diplomatic relations were established.

匈牙利和中國(guó)建交68年以來(lái)，雙邊關(guān)系碩果累累。我們一直堅(jiān)信，互信互敬、支持彼此核心利益、考慮對(duì)方主要關(guān)切，是匈中關(guān)系的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

Besides the excellent political ties between Hungary and China, statistics show that economic relations are also advancing consistently. China has become Hungary's largest trading partner outside the European Union. Over the last few years, we have created one of Europe’s most competitive investment environment in Hungary, which has significantly contributed to becoming the top destination country of Chinese investments in Central Eastern Europe, as well as becoming a regional financial hub.

匈中政治關(guān)系良好，而且數(shù)據(jù)顯示，經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系不斷加深。中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為匈牙利在歐盟外最大的貿(mào)易伙伴。過(guò)去的幾年里，作為擁有歐洲最具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力投資環(huán)境的國(guó)家之一，匈牙利成為中國(guó)在中東歐地區(qū)的最佳投資目的地，并躍升為該地區(qū)的金融樞紐。

Hungary considers the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative as a grand civilization project and has a similar view as China, namely that the concept is a common aspiration to all countries along the routes.

匈牙利認(rèn)為“一帶一路”倡議是一項(xiàng)宏大的文明工程，是沿線所有國(guó)家的共同心愿。在這一點(diǎn)上，匈牙利和中國(guó)的看法不謀而合。

Hungary is pleased and eager to move forward in the direction of practical cooperation. This commitment has already resulted in becoming the first ‘Belt and Road’ country in Europe by signing the MoU with China on “Jointly Building The Silk Road Economic Belt And The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road” in 2015, and also becoming the first – among more than a 100 countries and international organizations in the world that actively participate and support the "Belt and Road" initiative – to establish and launch the "Belt and Road" working group mechanism with China in 2016.

匈牙利欣慰并迫切地想在實(shí)際合作方面更進(jìn)一步。作為實(shí)踐，匈牙利于2015年成為歐洲第一個(gè)和中國(guó)簽訂共建“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”和“21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”諒解備忘錄的國(guó)家，并于2016年同中國(guó)設(shè)立并啟動(dòng)“一帶一路”工作小組機(jī)制，成為百余國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織中第一個(gè)積極參與支持“一帶一路”倡議的國(guó)家。

Based on the frequent high-level political and business visits, which providethe foundation of political and economic relations, we aim for sustained high level growth in the fields of trade, investment and tourism. We also strive to further develop cooperation with China in the priority areas of the recent re-industrialisation program of Hungary, which are the fields of vehicle manufacturing, manufacturing of specialized machinery and equipment, health industry and health tourism, food industry, green economy and info-communication industry.

The participation of Poland’s Prime Minister Madam Beata Szyd?o in the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation is a clear sign that Poland is following China’s global initiatives very closely. It is also an expression of our desire to find the best model of cooperation that would benefit both Poland, one of Europe’s most dynamic economies, and China, the world’s second largest economy. We believe that through an honest and open discussion we will be able to identify areas in which we can create synergies and find complementarities between China’s initiatives and our own development strategies, such as the Responsible Development Plan announced by the Polish government last year.

It is with great pleasure that I write this message for Chinese Foreign Trade Magazine's special issue on the Belt and Road International Forum.

我很高興為《中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易》雜志“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇?？珜?xiě)賀詞。

The ancient Maritime Silk Road connected China and Sri Lanka more than two thousand years ago, enabling trade and the exchange of art and culture. Recently, on a visit to Hepu Han Dynasty Museum in China, which exhibits artifacts related to ancient trade on the maritime route, H.E. President Xi Jinping, who put forward the initiative of jointly building the 21st century Silk Road Economic Belt and Road, has seen artifacts related to the ancient routes to India and Sri Lanka. Among these had been Sri Lankan precious gems, namely Blue Sapphires and Red Rubies, which were the first export items from Sri Lanka to China.

2000多年前，古代海上絲綢之路將中國(guó)和斯里蘭卡連接起來(lái)，促進(jìn)了兩國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易和文化藝術(shù)交流。中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平提出共同建設(shè)“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”和“21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”倡議，近日，他參觀了合浦漢代文化博物館，這里陳列著中國(guó)與印度、斯里蘭卡等絲路沿線國(guó)家貿(mào)易往來(lái)的文物。在這些文物中，藍(lán)寶石、紅寶石等珍寶都是當(dāng)年由斯里蘭卡首次引入中國(guó)。

Sri Lankan gems were accorded high value in ancient China. In the 13th century, when Marco Polo was returning from China to his native Italy via the maritime silk route, he stopped in Sri Lanka, where he recorded the availability of sapphires, rubies, topazes, amethysts and garnets in the island. He stated that “the king of Sri Lanka possesses the most beautiful ruby that can be seen, has ever been seen or is likely to be seen in the whole world” and that the Emperor of China had sent envoys to purchase this ruby, offering to pay the value of a city in return.

古時(shí)的中國(guó)，普遍認(rèn)為斯里蘭卡的寶石具有很高價(jià)值。在13世紀(jì)，馬可波羅穿越海上絲綢之路，從中國(guó)返回意大利時(shí)，途經(jīng)斯里蘭卡，記錄下當(dāng)?shù)丶t寶石、藍(lán)寶石、水晶、紫水晶和石榴石的巨大價(jià)值。他說(shuō)：“斯里蘭卡國(guó)王擁有世界上最無(wú)與倫比的紅寶石，曾有中國(guó)皇帝派遣使節(jié)來(lái)此，愿意以一座城池進(jìn)行交換?！?/p>

This is only one of many examples that history has recorded of the ancient relationship between China and Sri Lanka. Another can be found in the 5th century rock paintings at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Sigiriyain Sri Lanka. The dresses worn by the women depicted in its famous Fresco paintings are said to be made of Chinese silks, which makes the latter one of the first items exported from China to Sri Lanka many centuries ago.

中國(guó)與斯里蘭卡之間的交往古已有之，這只是滄海一粟。斯里蘭卡世界文化遺產(chǎn)——始于公元5世紀(jì)的錫吉里亞古宮的壁畫(huà)中，婦女們所穿的服裝都是來(lái)自中國(guó)的絲綢，這也是最先從中國(guó)引入到斯里蘭卡的物品。

Yet another instance of the two countries' close relations are the visits made to Sri Lanka by celebrated navigator Zheng He. He erected a trilingual stone tablet at a religious site in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka and appealed for Buddhist, Hindu and Islamic blessings, making offerings of gold, silver and Chinese Silk. These were no doubt items of trade at the time.

不僅如此，著名航海家鄭和對(duì)斯里蘭卡的訪問(wèn)也見(jiàn)證了兩國(guó)的密切聯(lián)系。他在斯里蘭卡南部豎立了一塊同時(shí)刻有三種文字的石碑，頌揚(yáng)了佛教、印度教和伊斯蘭教，并供奉著金銀和中國(guó)絲綢。這無(wú)疑是雙邊貿(mào)易的見(jiàn)證。

When we fast forward to modern times, we find the newly independent modern nations of Sri Lanka and China signing the historical Rubber-Rice Trade Agreement in 1952. Current trade volumes between our two countries exceeds US$ 4 billion. I believe that there will be even more opportunities for relations between the two nations with the implementation of the consensus of leaders at their roundtable deliberations during the Belt and Road International Forum.

到了現(xiàn)代，斯里蘭卡與中國(guó)在1952年簽署了具有歷史意義的《米膠貿(mào)易協(xié)議》。目前，兩國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易額超過(guò)了40億美元。我相信，隨著兩國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇中進(jìn)一步共識(shí)的達(dá)成，雙邊關(guān)系將迎來(lái)更多的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。

Coincidentally, this year China and Sri Lanka celebrate their 65th Anniversary of Trade Relations in the modern era, in addition to their 60th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations. Sri Lanka's joining of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation is an apt way to celebrate this historical moment.

恰逢今年是斯中建交60周年，也是兩國(guó)建立現(xiàn)代貿(mào)易關(guān)系65周年。斯里蘭卡參加此次國(guó)際合作高峰論壇，是慶祝這一歷史時(shí)刻的最好方式。

As a key participant of the Belt and Road initiative, the Republic of Turkey would like to congratulate the People’s Republic of China on organizing the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation. This is a unique platform for relevant countries along the Belt and Road to address the infrastructure gap in Asia, further improve connectivity, and facilitate trade relations and peopleto-people contacts.

作為“一帶一路”倡議其中重要的參與者，土耳其祝賀中國(guó)舉辦此次“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作高峰論壇。這對(duì)于“一帶一路”相關(guān)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō)是獨(dú)特的平臺(tái)，不僅發(fā)現(xiàn)亞洲范圍內(nèi)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施商機(jī)，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)互聯(lián)互通、而且密切貿(mào)易往來(lái)和人文交流。

Taking this opportunities, I would also like to congratulate China’s Foreign Trade magazine for its contribution in improving the economic relations between Turkey and China, and among the Belt and Road countries.

近年來(lái)，隨著越中兩黨、兩國(guó)關(guān)系的良好發(fā)展，兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作已取得了突出成就，成為兩國(guó)關(guān)系的亮點(diǎn)。2006年越中雙邊貿(mào)易額僅為99億美元，到2016年已經(jīng)達(dá)到720億美元（根據(jù)中方的統(tǒng)計(jì)已達(dá)980億美元）。中國(guó)連續(xù)13年成為越南最大貿(mào)易伙伴。2016年越南成為中國(guó)與東盟國(guó)家中最大貿(mào)易伙伴。2016年中國(guó)對(duì)越南投資額達(dá)18億美元，2017年第一季度投資額已接近10億美元。兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作不斷深入、務(wù)實(shí)地發(fā)展，給兩國(guó)人民帶來(lái)實(shí)實(shí)在在的利益。在兩黨、兩國(guó)高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所達(dá)成的共識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，將在雙邊和區(qū)域的合作機(jī)制、“兩廊一圈”與“一帶一路”等兩國(guó)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)接兩國(guó)上更加務(wù)實(shí)、高效的合作，為推動(dòng)越南中國(guó)全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系穩(wěn)定、健康地發(fā)展、為本地區(qū)乃至世界的和平、穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有貢獻(xiàn)。

中國(guó)電力建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱：中國(guó)電建）是經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，于2011年年底在中國(guó)水利水電建設(shè)集團(tuán)公司、中國(guó)水電工程顧問(wèn)集團(tuán)公司和國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司、中國(guó)南方電網(wǎng)有限責(zé)任公司所屬的14個(gè)?。ㄊ小^(qū)）電力勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)、工程、裝備制造企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上組建的國(guó)有獨(dú)資公司。中國(guó)電建是提供水利電力工程及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投融資、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、工程施工、裝備制造、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理為一體的綜合性建設(shè)集團(tuán)，主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)為建筑工程（含勘測(cè)、規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和工程承包），電力、水利（水務(wù)）及其他資源開(kāi)發(fā)與經(jīng)營(yíng)，房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)與經(jīng)營(yíng)，相關(guān)裝備制造與租賃。此外，受?chē)?guó)家有關(guān)部委委托，承擔(dān)了國(guó)家水電、風(fēng)電、太陽(yáng)能等清潔能源和新能源的規(guī)劃、審查等職能。

中國(guó)電建“走出去”及參與“一帶一路”的情況

中國(guó)電建堅(jiān)定不移貫徹落實(shí)黨中央“走出去”戰(zhàn)略，在推動(dòng)“一帶一路”建設(shè)、深化國(guó)際產(chǎn)能合作、帶動(dòng)中國(guó)裝備制造和相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)“走出去”方面發(fā)揮了積極作用，已成為中國(guó)企業(yè)“走出去”的重要力量和電力建設(shè)行業(yè)“走出去”的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)，成為踐行國(guó)家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的排頭兵。

工程承包領(lǐng)域

截止2016年3月底，中國(guó)電建集團(tuán)在65個(gè)“一帶一路”國(guó)別中的28個(gè)國(guó)別承擔(dān)在建工程項(xiàng)目共計(jì)329個(gè)，合同總額約230億美元，合同存量131億美元。（其中：東盟9個(gè)國(guó)別228個(gè)項(xiàng)目，合同總額約121億美元；南亞5個(gè)國(guó)別62個(gè)項(xiàng)目，合同總額約50億美元；西亞3個(gè)國(guó)別20個(gè)項(xiàng)目，合同總額約31美元；東亞、中亞、中東歐及獨(dú)聯(lián)體11個(gè)國(guó)別19個(gè)項(xiàng)目，合同總額約29億美元）。重點(diǎn)國(guó)別經(jīng)營(yíng)情況匯報(bào)如下：

巴基斯坦,是中國(guó)電建在“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略沿線的重點(diǎn)市場(chǎng)，中國(guó)電建緊跟國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略部署，積極參與中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)。截止到2016年3月底，中國(guó)電建在巴基斯坦正在執(zhí)行的合同73份，合同總額約45億美元，集團(tuán)派駐巴基斯坦的中方人員約2200人。中國(guó)電建和卡塔爾王室共同投資開(kāi)發(fā)的巴基斯坦卡西姆燃煤電站投資項(xiàng)目是中巴兩國(guó)構(gòu)建中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊按市場(chǎng)機(jī)制重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)的能源開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目，也是2013年5月李克強(qiáng)總理訪巴期間提出建設(shè)中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想后的首個(gè)電力合作項(xiàng)目。對(duì)提升中國(guó)電建在巴基斯坦的品牌影響意義重大。中國(guó)電建在巴基斯坦的新能源建設(shè)市場(chǎng)扮演著積極的角色，在建的風(fēng)力發(fā)電場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目有5個(gè)，總裝機(jī)容量為230MW，形成了中國(guó)電建在巴基斯坦的風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目群。通過(guò)風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目群良好的項(xiàng)目履約表現(xiàn)，中國(guó)電建在當(dāng)?shù)刎Q立了良好的新能源品牌形象，確立了在當(dāng)?shù)匦履茉词袌?chǎng)領(lǐng)頭羊的地位。

馬來(lái)西亞,作為“一帶一路”國(guó)別重要國(guó)家之一，中國(guó)電建自1996年進(jìn)入馬來(lái)西亞市場(chǎng)，即開(kāi)始深耕細(xì)作。先后承建了沙撈越州的克拉隆水壩工程和有東南亞“三峽”之稱的巴貢水電站。巴貢水電站的建成，擴(kuò)大了中國(guó)水電品牌在東南亞國(guó)家的影響力，穩(wěn)固了中國(guó)電建在馬來(lái)西亞基建市場(chǎng)的地位，也為后續(xù)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)奠定了良好基礎(chǔ)。目前我公司在馬來(lái)西亞的在建項(xiàng)目涉及水電、燃煤和燃?xì)怆娬?、輸變電線路、軌道交通、水務(wù)資源、房地產(chǎn)等行業(yè)領(lǐng)域，營(yíng)業(yè)額達(dá)數(shù)十億美元。中國(guó)電建以雄厚的資金和技術(shù)實(shí)力，精益求精的施工精神，遵約守諾的商業(yè)信譽(yù)，在馬來(lái)西亞大型工程建筑市場(chǎng)樹(shù)立了良好的形象和口碑。

“我們是無(wú)堅(jiān)不摧的團(tuán)隊(duì)”—中巴友誼萬(wàn)歲

孟加拉國(guó)，集團(tuán)中標(biāo)了中國(guó)企業(yè)迄今為止最大的海外河道疏浚項(xiàng)目帕德瑪大橋河道整治工程，該項(xiàng)目也是目前世界上最大的河道整治項(xiàng)目之一，合同金額11.13億美元。目前項(xiàng)目整體執(zhí)行情況良好，該項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行使公司海外疏浚項(xiàng)目建設(shè)邁上了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。同時(shí)，公司還承建了孟加拉達(dá)卡污水處理廠項(xiàng)目，該項(xiàng)目規(guī)模巨大，建成后每天可處理50萬(wàn)噸污水，高峰期達(dá)60萬(wàn)噸，污泥焚燒能力達(dá)到每天500噸，單體污水處理能力處于世界前列，是目前東南亞區(qū)域規(guī)模最大的污水處理項(xiàng)目，也是中國(guó)進(jìn)出口銀行融資的第一個(gè)“雙優(yōu)”水務(wù)項(xiàng)目，該項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施將有效改善孟加拉國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)孛裆铜h(huán)境，顯著提升中國(guó)電建在世界水務(wù)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的影響力。海外投資領(lǐng)域

目前,中國(guó)電建正在海外投資領(lǐng)域持續(xù)發(fā)力，在“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家的投資運(yùn)作已取得不俗的成績(jī): 在柬埔寨，中國(guó)電建投資的甘再水電站（193MW）已投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行；在老撾，中國(guó)電建投資的南俄5水電站、甘蒙塔克水泥廠、萬(wàn)象鉀鹽礦等項(xiàng)目均已投產(chǎn)，老撾南歐江流域梯級(jí)水電站正在開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)；在巴基斯坦，中國(guó)電建與國(guó)際資本聯(lián)合以BOO模式投資的卡西姆燃煤電站（1320MW）已開(kāi)工建設(shè)，由中國(guó)電建投資建設(shè)的大沃風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目（50MW）將在2016年7月實(shí)現(xiàn)并網(wǎng)發(fā)電；在緬甸，中國(guó)電建已成功鎖定了兩個(gè)水電站的開(kāi)發(fā)權(quán)，分別為丹倫江納沃葩、楠馬河滿通水電項(xiàng)目（1425MW）；在泰國(guó)，中國(guó)電建已與合作伙伴簽署了500MW海上風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目的合作開(kāi)發(fā)協(xié)議；另外，中國(guó)電建還成功收購(gòu)了哈薩克斯坦水利設(shè)計(jì)院，為俄語(yǔ)區(qū)的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)和項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作提供了較好的支撐，收購(gòu)澳大利亞設(shè)計(jì)咨詢公司的各項(xiàng)工作也在積極推進(jìn)，此項(xiàng)收購(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)將為中國(guó)電建在英聯(lián)邦市場(chǎng)和英語(yǔ)區(qū)國(guó)家的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓提供重要支持。

沿著“一帶一路”走出去，是未來(lái)中國(guó)電建發(fā)展的“新常態(tài)”。當(dāng)前，在國(guó)家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略指引下，中國(guó)電建集團(tuán)將以一座座典型的項(xiàng)目豐碑為“中國(guó)建設(shè)”國(guó)際形象建設(shè)添磚加瓦，作出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。
